First of all. Know that if I ever go to the trouble to write a review! It’s pretty bad!!! The picture is a clear indication of old bread! Jersey Mike’s is our favorite sub shop! However, it is every couple of visits the bread is old! Which is a shame! Because when there’re made right they are the best in town! I think that if you can’t determine whether or not bread is fresh or not you shouldn’t be allowed to make sandwiches. Maybe you don’t know or don’t care??? Both are unacceptable!

This location is normally quite good. Today’s Philly cheese steak wasn’t bad, but I wouldn’t call it good. The meat had quite a bit of grissle, which never happens but for a $16 sandwich, chips and drink you definitely expect better. It could be coincidence but it seems like the times I leave a tip (paying with card) I get a better quality sandwich. I’ve noticed this several times. I still find it an odd precess to ask for a tip before you even receive your food, plus they don’t normally bring my food out to me, they call my name and I pick it up. So, what am I tipping for? The assurance of a better tasting sandwich? Just my input.

If you go to this restaurant within the last hour before they close you will be treated horribly and talked to like you’re a complete jerk. They most likely will not cook you any of subs that require the grill cause the will tell you the grill has been shut off. Love the subs but for the amount the charge for basically an upscale subway sandwich with red wine vinegar and oil I could do without the attitude and frustration. If the sign says 9:00 and u refuse customers at 8:30 then you need to change your hours of operation!

Really excellent service. Food was very good. Service is the reason I’ll go back though.

Terrible experience. Ordered a giant Italian #13 and asked the manager to prepare without Mayonnaise on 1/2. The manager said that’s 2 sandwiches if you remove mayonnaise from one half. Walked out, should have let him make the sandwiches first then walk out without paying.

Had an itch to finally try one of there subs. It was ok for me to much bread. Still didn’t come close to my favorite Firehouse but there commercial did get me in the door. Differently not a unsatisfactory experience.
