I went to buy my family a kfc meal, we ordered & paid about $35 for the meal, mashed potatoes, mac n cheese, and the chicken, etc, we get home about to eat in the bucket of chicken they decided to fill it up with 6 pure wing, itty bitty chicken they thought would count & 1 chicken leg with 4 muscles, they thought they could get rid of the unwanted chicken parts with my families order, this is sad, never again.

I’ve tried this particularly store 3 times and the food is just terrible! They DO NOT answer the phone for customer service. They gave me really dark chicken yesterday and I returned it. She says that it looks burnt but is not. They cook with old grease. I will NEVER attempt to eat here again.They didn’t give me a fork and I had to use my own fork from lunch. I’ve NEVER tasted KFC like this restaurant!!!

This location is rife with issues. We placed a mobile order last night. This location closes at 10PM, and our mobile order was placed at 9:10. When my husband went to pick up the order, a lady told him they weren’t “dropping any pieces of chicken”. So apparently, they stop cooking any chicken after a certain point before closing. I called the store, and possibly the same person told me that my husband wouldn’t have wanted the bucket of chicken they had on hand. I had to contact customer support for a refund. As several reviews by others show, this location also has an issue with the quality of food that’s prepared. Food is often over cooked as well. The customer service at this location is also subpar.

I’ve attempted to give this location the benefit of the doubt at least 3 times. It is conveniently located and the staff is nice; however, the food is terrible. I can’t name a time in which I received chicken that was hot and decent to eat. I ordered a 2 piece chicken and a 4 piece chicken strip meal. I didn’t check my order until I got home. When I opened the box, I was in complete shock. The chicken looked as if it had been fried in old grease. It was so horrible I had to throw it in the trash. I try to be as understanding as possible due to the lack of staff and people are genuinely trying their best, but it has to get better.

Don’t waste your time here. The food is not well prepared at all. Chicken dark and greasy. Front door open,but you can’t place an order inside. You have to use drive thru. Why is the lobby open but you can’t order at counter.Two visits and both bad.

My Wife placed the order in the drive-thru and I was on the phone and could hear the person taking the order repeat everything she asked for back to her, and once she got home and the order was wrong we tried to call but got the Ole fax number instead. Returned back and asked for a refund and was told that they don’t refund. Clean store but rude employees with little to no customer service experience. Chicken looked dry and was cold. The young man working at the drive-thru window should be cleaning the parking lot instead of dealing with people

You can pick up mobile orders inside, but staff gets upset if you ask to place an order inside, as if you’re interrupting their day by asking them. You’d be better off ordering from any other location, or, for that matter, any other restaurant.

I can’t believe I’m rating KFC badly they were my favorite until now. I ordered a 8 pc chicken meal with 2 large sides and 2 large drinks.. I go through drive thru get my order and leave.. I get home 6 miles away and all I had was a box of biscuits and 1 large side and 2 large drinks I couldn’t believe it they gave me no chicken.. how can this be?… SMH

Cashier told me my Delta Credit Union debit card with a VISA logo wasn’t accepted at this location.. i e never heard that before!!! Ever!! So I drove to the KFC off of 138 in Conyers Ga where those girls did their thang and took my order… my card was not the Problem it was them… this was my first and last time EVER going to this establishment!!!!
