I either must be lucky or this place is the best because every time I went there I’ve had fresh food! The staff are nice and get the food out fast, this is the only McDonald’s that shocked me with fresh food. Was in my sister’s car and went to get McDonald’s She drove a Toyota Prius We went through drive through I ordered a double filet-o-fish with pickles. She ordered an Oreo mc flurry. So the reason why I left the 1-star rating was that the filet-o-fish was so damn hot I was stupid I shouldn’t have eaten it within a min or two but the grease of water within the filet-o-fish literally burned my tongue and it still healing. I didn’t want to make a big deal over it but I am still healing from the burn! Like I know I shouldn’t eat it right away and maybe should wait a while but I didn’t know I was gonna get something that hot Lucky my sister had the Oreo mcflurry and it helped. But seriously stop making the filet o fish so damn hot man. Just let it cool a little before giving it to people. I don’t know if the box had a hot warning on it. My fault too I take that but this is the reason I gave a 1/5 rating. Drive thru mind you not sure not it is inside

Manager completely ignored 8 people waiting in line because she prioritized the drive thru. Not a single employee looked at me or tried to tell me they would be with me in a minute. I waited almost 10 minutes before someone talked to me, and I’m an Uber driver so the food wasn’t even for me, but the deliveries were in a bag ready when I arrived. Waste of time. Also, when I arrived, the manager told a man next to me that his “frappe is coming.” 10 minutes later after I finally got the Uber orders, she told the customer again that his “frappe was coming.” This store is a mess.

Charged me for an iced latte and gave me a drip coffee with ice and suger in it. Maybe that’s what McDonald’s thinks a latte is but I was expected something made from an espresso machine. Honestly if you told me it was old coffee they put in the fridge last night I would believe you. The overwhelming amount of suger masked most of the flavor but every hint of coffee that managed to get through tasted stale, and not something I would go out of my way to spend money on.

They screwed up multiple times with my order. I ordered a chocolate shamrock shake, and he decided to hand me a all chocolate shake with a splash of shamrock. When I told the manager that’s not what I ordered, he caught an attitude with me and threw the shamrock shake on the counter. Then they bring me another shake reluctantly and it’s a all chocolate shake. When I told him that he got it wrong again, he proceeds to argue saying that it’s mixed together. They refused to give me a refund and after tasting the shake, it was all chocolate. They need to fire this manager since he has no clue how to do his job. Was my first and last time coming to this location. If you don like your job, get a new one.
