Their salads are nasty they have more croutons, cucumbers and all kinda other veggies than they have lettuce. I got a salad with fried chicken tenders on top. They were old and nasty. My son had old overcooked fries. Every Zaxbys I’ve been to has fallen off big time since Covid! It’s hard finding quality fast food anywhere.

We came in for the first time today at 11 am to get some chicken and fries and toast. We paid over $40 for the family pack to take home. We only had to drive home one mile. We opened the food up and tried to eat and I am being honest; the food tasted like it had been yesterday’s leftovers. I was so disappointed ☹️

Always check your orders from this location. Paid for a meal in store explained very well my order and the guest advocate read my exact order back but rang it up wrong! I do not expect reimbursement but tendering staff needs to be retrained to listen to the orders being given! I always see at least 1 issue with an order every time I order inside, I can only assume it is happening often to drive thrus.

Went through drive through. Spent 28.00 on a salad and tenders for my son. Asked for a cup of ice for each she said 3.29.. i fussed she said i can give you a small cup. I said ok great. She handed me one i said my.son needs one too she said you can only have one. Its over 100 heat index, we come you your establishment to get a break from cutting lawns in this heat and you deny my son a cup of ice. I come here frequently but will NEVER again..ill spemd my money elsewhere

As a first time customer, I have to say I was severely disappointed. I ordered wings and tenders and both came out dry with the wings only being tossed in sauce. Really disappointing considering they only do chicken here. Would not recommend, a couple steps below buffalo wild wings as far as chicken is concerned

I have spoken to Melissa from the oakleaf location of Zaxbys and she is the rudest person I have ever encountered at Zaxbys. I received the wrong order and incessantly berated when I attempted to call. She is even insisted I speak to the office instead of calling her. She did not do her job. I am reassured in my decision of never shopping with Zaxbys again. My meal was not only wrong but I paid to be disrespected.

Giving this a 1-star review is too generous. I understand long lines, and actually expect it, but what is unacceptable is awful service. Waited in line for 32 minutes. Finally get to the speaker to place order and someone comes on and says, “it will be 25 minutes“. My response- for what may I ask? 25 minutes before you can place your order!! (After waiting for 32 min just to get to that spot!) I can’t even make this up!! Because I was already committed, and on principal alone, I said yes, I’ll be waiting! 11 minutes later (after they realized they weren’t calling my bluff) they came back to the speaker to finally take my order. No sorry for your 43 minute wait, no apology, nothing. Then, I ordered and paid for extra sauce. Get home— no Zack sauce at all, let alone extra. A terrible experience. If your child works here, please allow them to quit or they will be picking up the worst work habits and will have a long road ahead of them!! Get it together, Zaxby’s. Your service is UNACCEPTABLE!!
