Love this new food truck in town! Perfect portions and delicious food. We tried all the Tapas and the Pepito de Ternera. Everything was amazing but my favorite was the Flamenquin. MUST TRY IT! The music and vibe was very pleasant. You can see Chef Luis preparing the food and the rest of the staff enjoying themselves. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend!! The food is so flavorful and you know it is made with the freshest ingredients! The Bombas were my favorite, Patatas bravas were soooooo good and the sandwiches (chorizo and the beef sandwich) were so delicious! Chef Luis was so friendly, welcoming and you can feel and taste his passion for food! Thank you Chef Luis! We’ll be back very soon!

Delicious food from Barcelona made with the freshest ingredients and served with lots of love! I highly recommend the Pepito de ternera sandwich, the bombas, and the tortilla española.

I was transported to Spain with AUSTHENTICO food. I love meats and cold cuts, so their food is my confort food. The sandwiches are so delicious. Love the lomo con pimientos and jamón serrano con manchego. Try also the “bombas”

I wish that I could give it more than 5 stars. The food is absolutely delicious. I have ate there twice now and have tried different menu items. Their bombas and flamenquin are perfectly fried with a warm and delicious center. The patatas bravas is a must. The Jamon Serrano and the Chorizo sandwiches are (in my opinion) the best dishes from the menu. Not only is the food great, but chef Luis’ friendly service makes eating there such a pleasant experience. I wish that this review could do justice the great experiences that I have had here. Austhentico (quickly) became my favorite food truck in the ATX area.

An authentic taste of Barcelona in Sochaca! Having lived in Barcelona for four months in 2019, I have missed the food. Now I have it right in my neighborhood with wonderfully friendly service. The food is tasty, and you can tell it’s made with love.

I loved it! The wife loved it! The kids loved it! The grandma loved it! …. If there had been leftovers for the dog she would have loved it too (but of course there weren’t any, tough luck for her). Definitely a new family favorite.

It doesn’t get more “austhentic” than Chef Luis!! We stopped by for dinner and loved everything we tried on the menu. Both the Pepito and Jamon sandwiches were delicious and the Flamenquin was something I had never seen before. My only complaint is that I ate too much to try the Bombas that I saw the people next to us eating.
