This location truly deserves zero stars. I had major problems with my pizzas being extremely undercooked to the point where they stuck to the box and grease so heavy it literally looked like sludge. Honestly not even sure if it was grease as it was a pretty thick and dark orange glaze overtop the entire pizza. Even the bottom of the box had crimped up there was so much being soaked up by the cardboard.

All 2.5 years I have lived here I have always been here for pizza nights, lazy nights, lava chocolate nights. My favorite to go place for good food and easy order. For past few months I am having so many problems here. Few weeks back I even had to report the matter to the corporate and I hope they listen. I think the supervision can be done better and improve the employees quality work. My pizza in the picture here is all puffy from the sides and this is the 4th time in a row and now I have doubts going back. May be there’s new hires and needs to be taught well, but that’s 4 months in a row. Just a week back I had gone to the location to pick up my carry out. The store was empty and only 2 workers there. They didn’t ask me what I would like to get or anything but instead they were busy talking about their coworkers laughing out loud. After 15 minutes of wait male coworker finally came to the desk and asked what I would like to get. My food was ready 20 minutes ago and I entered the store after i “pass the line” online. All they had to do was hand it over instead of my food getting cold there. I am seriously having nightmares going there now. The quality of the foods and services are both going down since few months. Dominos please pay attention to this location, I have given 2 stars because I have always loved this place in the past and I would just hate to see my once favorite place go downhill. Please improve

I don’t even want it anymore! I spent too much money for cold pizza, no chicken throughout and tasting like the cardboard it was in. I don’t want the discounts, or to ever order again! I haven’t ordered in a long while… I can honestly say, “ Dominoes was NOT missed!” If you can refund me, I’d be grateful!

The worst experience. 2 hours late, when I asked for a refund the driver called back and said the manager said he would refund but I wouldn’t get my food. I said no I wasn’t asking for a return I was asking to be compensated for the time. When the food got here the sandwich was burnt. Very happy I never have to order from this location ever again. As you can see the dessert doesn’t even look like it normally does isn’t even the size it’s supposed to be. The sandwich pictures speak for themselves.

Multiple times i have made orders and pre paid, only to show up and have the store either be closed, or be so far behind in orders that they automatically suggest a refund, thrasher than actually having to fulfill the order that has already been paid for. 100% trash service, and corporate obviously doesn’t care, as they never reply and im stuck paying for garbage.

Ordered online, called in after an hour and a half when the tracker still showed it hadn’t even been put in the oven yet. First time calling in they hung up on me, second time they stated it would be at least another hour before I would be able to get my food so I cancelled the order. Should not take three hours to get food. Will not be ordering through this store again.

This location has horrible customer service. I came in with a gift card and they had trouble trying to ring up the sale. They told me the gift card had a zero balance when the issue was actually they cashed it and took the money. I’m not really certain if it was a dishonest employee or just a lack of knowledge. The cashier at the store wouldn’t even give me her name. I ended up registering a complaint to the Corporate office and got a refund. No one from the store ever contacted me so I’m assuming they just don’t care. I will never go there again!
