So I’ve been ordering food from here from years (since I found out about it in 2018). And sadly this last encounter will be my last time giving these people my money. First, there’s a young lady with colored dreadlocks that works there, she is by far the most rude member of that staff. When you go in to pick up and order she just looks at you until you speak doesn’t come out of the kitchen, doesn’t greet you, nothing. And over the past two weeks if I ordered the food online the food was late and wrong. Maybe it’s me, maybe I have really bad luck and your mileage may very. But in my humble opinion even if the have by far some of the best flavor profiles for wings and tenders in the triangle, some of the staff is so rude and I can’t in good conscious recommend.

Went to try out this place the other day and was very underwhelmed. Got the 4 piece chicken tenders for my son and they were very tiny. Waffle fries were the best part of the whole meal. Got a 6 piece wings meal with Honey BBq sauce, and a 12 piece wings meal with Mango habanero and hot garlic. Some of the pieces were cooked nice and crunchy while others were still soft and rubbery. The mango habanero was a bit too sweet, and the spicy garlic had a pungent flavor. The Honey BBq was also bland. We also got the garlic parmesan tots, they were the biggest let down by far. All it was was powdered garlic seasoning, the parmesan seemed nonexistent. Will not be going back. The only reason it’s not a one star is because they didn’t serve us raw chicken and the staff fixed our order when they only gave us 3 pieces of chicken instead of four.

If you ever want to make sure you have an amazing experience here ask for Ray!!!!!!! My man looked out all the way around customer service to the explanation of how things worked and the food was delicious and amazing all I say is eat it their or if you do take it home just know you will need to crisp up the skin just a hair for the desired affect !!! Honey hot was my favorite sauce choice out of the honey bbq and medium Buffalo that we got!

If I could honestly give no stars, I would. I don’t write reviews ever, but the service last night was TERRIBLE. Me and at least a dozen other people had waited over an hour for our food. The Cashier didn’t really seem like he cared that much while he had all these frustrated customers trying to understand where their order was. He didn’t give a single apology for the wait and never checked when the orders were gonna be ready when asked. As soon as closing time hit, he just turned off the lights and headed to back to laugh with his coworkers.There were a lot of unclaimed orders because people had left and most of the orders coming out were for people that weren’t even there. For a Saturday night, it seemed like they were clearly backed up, unprepared, and unorganized. It was like they weren’t even trying to go home, that was the funny part…They were not hustling at all. So, I had no choice to take someone else’s unclaimed order that was double the price of mine and left. Because the way it was looking, I was gonna either be there till 4am waiting or not get anything at all. Thank you and I hope this message gets acknowledged. If not, I already hit up corporate✌

Never open on time. Each time I go in to order a basket of 4 tenders and fries, it takes 20+ minutes. There are no orders in front of mine, and no customers in front of me. No comparison to the Wings Over Chapel Hill at all! This one sucks. The employees sit right in front of the store smoking marijauna!

I’ve had Wings Over in different locations and the boneless wings “chicken tenders” dipped in sauce is top 5. Unfortunately, at this location our experience was not great. After ordering online with a wait time of 30 minutes our order took over 2 hours. We waited because there was an “issue” with cancelling the order.

Enjoyed the wings and onion rings plan on going there again. Great customer service and they had a lot of different flavors for the wings. Very clean on the inside which I enjoyed. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is because the blue cheese was “home made” it was packaged but still good.

I come a few nights on my lunch break. I work nights so its hard to find a good place to enjoy wings. I am really particular about others frying chicken however this place always gives me great tasting fried wings. Last night I decided to try the tenders. Great taste on the sauce and they were fried to perfection. I love this place. The best chicken spot I’ve had ever been to.
