Food is ok, but the waitstaff are definitely overwhelmed and can’t handle the lunch crowd. I asked for a refill on my soda three times and never got it. I had to ask for my bill three times as well, and they’re lucky they finally got it to me, because I was about to leave. I wasn’t going to miss my flight. Help the waitstaff out. Don’t eat here.

My fajitas were wayyy overcooked. And they only provided half the meat in my chicken and steak combo, they didn’t tell me they were out of tortillas until my food was brought out. Awful all around. Service was extremely slow and the staff acted like it was a burden I was ordering.

I have literally never been to SDF and the hours chili presents are actually accurate. The hours say 5am, sometimes I’ve been and it be open at 6am— well it’s currently 6:45, three employees inside and the gates still locked. Change your hours if you don’t plan on honoring them.

Worst customer service I’ve encountered in an airport in America. Five employees, none looking toward the front service counter. I was the third customer in line. Waited ten minutes. No employees ever looked in our direction. I left.

I am APPALLED and ENRAGED that you would have me .. a pregnant woman standing here waiting to be serviced when no one else is in line. Several people looked at me and saw I was waiting to place my order and exactly 0 people came over to inquire if I was being helped. Nevertheless I walked over to the other side where the bar was to get help. A woman approached me and asked if I needed help and I said yes, I wanted to place a to go order. After I advised her to that I did she disappeared and didn’t return. Several other people asked if I needed help and I let them know a woman was supposed to be assisting me. They said she was probably wrapping to go orders. After a few more minutes I left without being serviced. Absolutely unacceptable. Is this the way your establishment thinks they should treat people?!?!?!!?
