Be ready to deal with confused employees! Order sausage McMuffin for $3.36 and they charge for a sausage egg and cheese biscuit for $5. Corrected them and they still kept that biscuit order on the receipt & put the food in the bag. Told the lady at the window and had to explain twice while she stared at the 2 items on the receipt not understanding what happened. Who hired these illiterate people?

The people at this McDonald’s are wonderful and very good at the customer service level. Having said that the Fry’s at this particular McDonald’s are abhorrent. I make a point of not getting them when I go there. They’re not even good 20% of the time. Much less tasty.

Called in a larger order, got the price quoted over the phone, when I picked up order I was overcharged & manager argued with me, “I don’t know who you take too” I called the number from online fie Perry. Very poor customer service. Don’t deserve 1 star, there should be a negative option.

Let’s start with young lady taking orders how many times do you need to ask someone to speak up or clearly? Apparently 3 times. After repeating my order 4 times I pulled around to pay where I was greeted by the same young lady, who then opened the window just enough to yank my card from my hand and roll her eyes while doing it. After receiving my card back she slammed the window shut without handing a receipt. I sat there for a min, and she wouldnt look at me nor respond when I said excuse me and knocked on her window. So I pulled forward to get the order and was greeted by a little warlock who seemed to also be having a bad day. He ever so aggressively handed my wrinkled bag and then my drink, after asking for some jam he handed them out the window and said “here” he seemed to correct himself after I looked at him with the dad look that we all got as kids when we knew we were about to meet Jesus. It seems that the excuse was well we are short handed how ever everyone is short handed and to be blunt and honest the only ones who really work in fast food is the guys and gals behind scenes who I don’t hear complain or get aggressive with my sweet tea. I assume the young lady was having a bad day cause she had to wake up and go to work because her tiktoks don’t get attention or maybe her only fans page isn’t taking off like she expected. But regardless customer service is horrible the food was wrong the sweet tea was not sweet. And to make the point further I get to work and a co-worker had the same experience with the same 2 people. 1 complaint won’t effect a mass corporation nor will they bat a eye at this but I hope the next time the little fun size gal rudely takes someone’s card I hope its someone from the deep south who will jerk her soul out and curb stomp it. So to wrap this up, the two individuals bless your hearts.
