We ordered 2 burgers with fries and a drink and it cost $63. It took about 20 minutes to cook and then our order sat for another 20 minutes. No one brought it out to us or notified us that it was ready. When we went to ask about our order we discovered that it was ready and that the order was wrong. They said they would re make our burgers but left us with our fries that had been sitting for over 30 minutes at that point. We asked if they could remake our fries as well since they were cold. After about 10 minutes they informed us that they would not remake our order due to to “low supplies” but could give us a refund. We had been waiting for our to-go order for an hour. As we left, one of the employees shouted at us that we needed to clean our table before we left. It wasn’t even our table that was left a mess (because they never gave us any food). The service was the worse I’ve ever received. Will never return.

The cashier we had was very nice and very patient. He’s a wonderful employee and I really hope the best for him. That being said, the food was too expensive for no reason, some kid came out and told my MIL the ice cream was “too soft” (???) to make her milkshake, and they served her raw chicken. First time going, will be the last. There are no excuses for that kid’s behavior and there is definitely no excuse to not check food temps. This could kill somebody. Either do better or shut the place down.

My son and I ate lunch at FATBURGER. We had the original burgers. They were really good. My son had skinny fries and I really enjoyed the sweet potato fries. We also, had the Maui Banana Shakes and they were very delicious. If you are ever in Midlothian stop by FATBURGER. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean, and food is good. You will not be disappointed!

The customer service is awful. So much attitude was given. It was our first time. No one waited on us for over 20 min and there was no line. Once we ordered it took over 30 min to get our order. Once we got out food the portions were so small and the burgers were awful. Not worth it the money or time. I rather have gone to five guys or sonic! No idea how this place is even still in business. I would give 0 rating if I could. Worst place I’ve ever eaten at. I’m not that picky.

DON’T GO HERE Worst burger spot I’ve been too. From the customer service down to the food. Notice that this place is charging NYC PRICES down in the Richmond are. While attending this establishment We had two impossible burgers which was cold and looked like a no love was put into it. Also ordered some onion rings which were refried and the fries didn’t taste like anything. Along with that we order two milk shakes which was mediocre and thick could barely use the straw to drink them and also order an lemonade that was blah. DONT GO HERE

High prices for less than mediocre burgers. Went in on a Sunday afternoon. Three combo meals and a kids meal cost my family ~$60. Figured it would be worth it for a great burger. These burgers were not great. Understaffed and clearly overwhelmed, the employees brought out burgers that were barely warm on stale cold buns. The quality of the meat was on par with most fast food joints. Has the texture of beef with none of the flavor. The fries were okay. Fat fries tasted like the steak fries that I buy frozen at Aldi. The skinny fries were okay, slightly better than average fast food fries but still not hot. Took roughly 20 minutes to get our food. I won’t be returning. I’ve had better food at Burger King. For these prices, I’d rather go to Five Guys where I can count on a consistently good burger and fries.

The worst .. please don’t order from here.. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches 1 burger 3 fries and it cost 63.00 .. I waited and waited for they are under staffed.. the MGR has severe Attitude and refused refund my money when the cashier made the mistake.
