Always the #4, turkey sandwich. The bread is very tasty and thankfully is not so large as to make the sandwich all bread. The proportions are right on. Jimmy John’s always looks clean and the service is as fast as advertised. I honestly don’t know how Jimmy John’s could improve. The corporation must have studied how to present excellence in all phases.

Everyone is so sweet here. They accidentally made the wrong sandwich and were happy to remake it for me. They were super kind and understanding. I always love coming in here because some of the workers give me recommendations on their favorite sandwiches. I have taken to trying something new every time I come in. Always my favorite JJ spot when I’m passing through the area but I’m a bit disturbed that they now ask for a tip when you pay for your food. Not a fan of tip request on fast food orders because people should be paid properly. It’s not our fault the world is what it is today.

Ordered my food online at noon the day of asking for it to be at my location at 6pm. I called at 6:05 pm asking where it was? The cashier lady was short with me and said it would be there shortly. I asked if the driver had left yet, she told me no. I asked her how long it would take and she hung up the phone on me.. Can’t wait to order food from them again… NOT!!! This happened 10/07/21 at 6:05 pm.

The food quality was great. The issue was the delivery time. For a company who’s motto is “Freaky Fast Delivery”, a 52 minute wait time is absolutely insane, considering I am 8/10 of a mile away from the Jimmy John’s Location. Maybe consider staffing more people during the lunch rush.

Facility is very clean and nice, we walked in and we were greeted by a young lady who was not enthusiastic. It’s understandable but a simple “hi, how are you” kindness would be wonderful. I like the food though, subway can do so much better in all honesty. And way too expensive. The cost of one sandwich is the same price as a meal at subway.

Ordered a sandwich online which when it gets there shows the receipt with complete details on how to order a sandwich. It was a number 6 veggie that come with cucumbers by default(for a good reason) it got here and there was no cucumbers I order with no cheese so it was just a soggy mess. Called to see about getting fixed they didn’t refund or remake. Told me to call next time so they can confirm what I want. THE RECEIPT HAS AND EXACT LIST OF WHAT TO PUT IN THE SANDWICH I’m not usually one to rant on a review but it’s happenened multiple times.
