Amazing dinner. Everyone we came into contact with was very friendly. From the manager Rashad, to our wait staff Ian, John and DK. Just super attentive and nice. Food was brilliant! Everything was cooked and plated to perfection. We are both gluten free and the options were not lacking and clearly marked. And rarely do we get a real dessert in gf options- and they had TWO. I wish we had room to try both. Such a lovely evening. Would recommend and return.

Amazing amazing amazing. The octopus was really good. Prepared with Peruvian spices — reminds me of elevated Peruvian chicken but octopus. So flavorful. Also got the Nero spaghetti on recommendation by the waiter. So so good as well! Spaghetti with lobster and a roasted corn base and fish roe. So many flavors. The Paloma was also good — a mocktail with real cocktail vibes. Would highly recommend.

We came here for their first Brunch ever & they did a great job, it was Easter Sunday. It was a price fixe four course meal which was fantastic. I’ve been here before for dinner too, the service & food are excellent & I highly recommend this place.

Loved the food and the service. I’m not sure it hits the top of my list for a romantic dinner for couples though. We came here for my birthday and the ambiance felt a little casual and too open so it works better for bigger groups or maybe client dinners. Definitely great for a fancy high priced night out though if that’s what you’re looking for. Overall, I’d come back but there are too many similar options in the area I’d go to first for a romantic steak/seafood experience.

We had a party of 12 in a private room. The table in the room was amazing but the way the doors were all closed really cut us off from all the energy of the restaurant. Being set inside a hotel even as nice as the JW is not my favorite way to feel welcoming into a restaurant. The service was very slow. So friendly but we were all asking “when” throughout the night. When will they take the order, when will food come, when will refills come…..it took almost 4 hours to eat. The food was great including an amazing octopus app. The steaks were perfect. I liked the NY Strip.

This was my first Michelin star restaurant experience and boy where we all disappointed. the steaks were dry, tough and lacked flavor. The one member of our party got fish did like it, but the two of us that bought $70 ribeyes were extremely disappointed. Service was slow. Waitress was hard to find when I needed a refill on a beverage. Picture of the steak even looked tough as leather.

The best lobby bar . They have a cart call Gin on wheels that have 150 gins to choose from! Everything is the top of the top and the appetizers are such a treat. Them you keep going to the restaurant , where you can be pampered with the best food , like Branzino, steaks, tuna crudo, steak tartare and much more.

We dined on a pleasant Saturday night, and we were seated on the patio outside. Our group of 4 had the pleasure of having Diego as our excellent server. This was all along from beginning to end a culinary journey that I would highly recommend: a knowledgeable and courteous server, a perfectly cooked porterhouse(pic attached) that comes for a group of 4, tasty appetizers, a wide selection of wine and a wonderful view outside. There is a reason this is a michelin Star Restaurant

We had 8:45 reservations and we were able to be sat at 8:30. The lobster bisque and octopus were great, the service was amazing, but the fillet mignon was undercooked and underwhelming. With so many good restaurants in the area I don’t think I would return to sear and sea.
