First impression not so impressed. The people working was great! The manager needs a customer service class! On Sunday about 10am I ordered food while I wait on my dog having a procedure near by. The potatoes were cold, pop flat, and my chicken was raw! The manager acted as if I was just trying to get free food. I had to demand he come out of his office (right in the front, he yelled out his door just refund her) to look at the chicken. The workers apologized over and over and the manager just huffed and puffed. I did get a full refund.

It was definitely hard earned money I will never get back. The employee’s attitude was poor to say the least. I believe in giving all workers the benefit of the doubt at first because you never know what’s going on in their day, but the nicer I was, the ruder the employee was. Then I recieve my order which is supposed to be ” the son of baconator” combo which is the size of a white castle burger but 4x the price; even the other passengers in my vehicle were a bit shocked at the whole thing. If I didn’t have somewhere I had to be, I would have went back to the resturant, went in and given it back and got a refund. If I ever return and have the same experience I certainly will. No establishment or worker should get away with this. Utter trash! After seeing so many poor reviews, maybe corporate needs to be called on this particular franchise.

Their burger patties are getting ridiculous. The “where’s the beef” campaign could totally apply to their own food now. My daughter’s kid’s meal cheeseburger was a joke. All bun and a mouse-sized patty. It was comical.

Not only did it take forever to get the food.. but when I finally got the food, everything was cold and gross. The guy taking orders was incredibly rude for no reason, last time I didn’t even get my sandwich. The workers have ruined this location for me, I will never be coming back. Saw the lady in front of me got her money back for some reason. Here’s the cherry on top, food poisoning. Stay far away from this location. The food is not worth it.

I guess this location no longer cares about making money. Hours say open until 1am, yet a parking lot full of employee vehicles and closed at 9pm. I’ll take my money up the road to Culver’s where the food and service is better quality.

Came in around 10:35 pm was told it would be around a 15 minute wait I asked for a Dave’s double and the guy rudely goes YUP repeatedly didint catch the employees name short haired guy usually I have great experiences with the morning staff but if night time is just unmonitored chaos I’ll just eat somewhere else

Worst experience at a Wendy’s ever. Two male employees literally chased me out of their store because I was unhappy my 2 DoorDash orders were not available. They tried to explain to me they were closed, but instead I received F bombs and they threatened to call DoorDash. It was 8:30AM and the store was supposed to be open before 7. These employees should lose their jobs at the very least. I never attempted to threaten or insult either one of them – I simply asked a question as to why my orders could not be fulfilled. I never did get an answer. NOBODY deserves this treatment.

My husband just got home with our food. He was told it would be a 15min wait because it’s “made to order”. It took 20 min. My buns on my burger went crunch. They were dehydrated to near space food level. My son got the mozzarella chicken sandwich and could barely eat that. The chicken was hard as a rock and there was no sauce. There was nothing made to order here. Clearly this food had been reheated or MAYBE even refried as far as the chicken goes. Not sure how it took twenty minutes for food that clearly was ready probably hours ago. IDC how late it is, if you’re open the food should be fresh that’s what we pay full price for. It’s been a while since we’ve been here. The facility always seems dirty. This experience hasn’t changed my opinion of this location.
