I ordered delivery from this McDonalds today and received a completely incorrect order. While I cam understand in the drive through possibly getting an order incorrect for delivery it is completely unacceptable. I order two plain mcdoubles two barbecue sauces and a medium fry. The fries were correct but BOTH burgers had onions on them, and there was no barbecue sauce in the bag. I could over look the barbecue sauce if it was not charged, but it is specifically for delivery. I’m not sure how the stickers say plain and the receipt says plain with barbecue on the bag as well as the screen you need to look at that these things were not correctly done. So now I have to reorder, wait another 35 minutes, pay a second delivery and service fee just because of the mistakes you made today. Please work on making sure the orders are correct before handing them off especially with delivery items.

Went last night terrible service. Asked for extra hot mustard got bbq, wrong McFlurry flavor, wrong soda flavor. The guy wasn’t even going to give us the soda or McFlurry! He looked at us and said “what’s up?” We said we were missing food. I ordered tonight and got the wrong order again!!!!!!

This is a horrible place. Multiple mistakes on our orders. Never received the correct food after telling them it was wrong. No apologies just stared at us. Barely any tables in there to sit and eat. Totally incompetent. Go to Burger King or get pizza!

The place is so hot they don’t have aircondition on. I ordered 10pcs mcnuggets and waited 20 minutes for it. Employees are not organized. Slowest fast food I’ve been to. To top that, I only got 9 pcs of nuggets! I only found out when I got home. Defenitely not coming back.

Looked like the employees were having too much fun with a prior employee to wait on us and the language they were using was atrocious. So thankful I did not have my grandchildren with me. We all waited to have our order taken and no one was ahead of us. One gentleman who I think had worked there before went behind the counter to get my friend’s milkshake and cheeseburger. Very poor professionalism noted. I probably won’t go back there.

Good Evening Google Family. I decided to purchase some lunch for the family, before leaving the Walmart SuperCenter in Norristown in the Valley Forge MarketPlace shopping center. I purchased my mom’s trusty Filet of Fish, plain, just the sandwich and my brother, a double quarter pounder with cheese and two apple pies. The service was good, the young lady served me with a smile. I asked if I could order at the counter, She said yes. I really did not feel like ordering on the self kiosk. The food was ready fast and I got extra napkins and away I went. I then decided to visit the Wawa to purchase gas for my trip back home. Good night Google Family!!! A good experience today!!! My Order was $13.74.
