This is the slowest Jimmy Johns ever. They make mistakes regularly, and the sandwiches are not made very consistent. Sometimes my sandwich is full, and others there is barely anything on it. Staff can be rude. If you choose to order here, I would order your food for at least an hour and a half before you actually want it there for it to get to you on time.

Nothing fancy. Just like your average sandwich place. From reading the other reviews I seem to have gotten lucky because my sandwich was made correctly and tasted pretty good. The wait wasn’t too long but it was busy. The guy behind the counter definitely did not want to be there though and it showed in service which is why i only gave it 3 stars

My friend & I came here to order our lunches to-go. My friend ordered first & it was her first time at Jimmy Johns. She ordered her sandwich and potato chips. Next, she asked the person who took her order if she could grab the chips on display beside the cash register (not wanting to assume that she could just take them). The person who took her order and another person behind the counter started laughing at her, as he replied in a mocking tone, “Obviously?”. My friend also didn’t know she was expected to bag her sandwich herself, and so when the wrapped sandwich was placed on the counter for her to take, she asked him if he could give her a bag to put everything in. He pointed to a station behind her and asked if she wanted him to do it for her (again, mocking her). Almost everyone who worked there seemed to be delighting in making fun of her questions. This was probably the worst customer service experience I have witnessed and the whole experience turned us both off. I opted not to order anything once I saw how they were starting to treat her in the beginning. Looks like I made the right choice. By the way, I already emailed Jimmy Johns’ customer service (this was on 2/21) and no one ever got back to me. I get the distinct feeling that they really don’t care. That is too bad because their sandwiches are pretty good generally, so it seems to be an issue with this one location downtown.

This is absolutely the worst Jimmy John’s site I’ve ever been in! The few times I’ve been there… At least half of the time they tell me when I walk in, they are only accepting cash payments… WTH! If that’s not bad enough, the customer service is the absolute worst I’ve ever encountered in any fast food restaurant ever!!! I would never even consider ordering any food from this restaurant if they were not the only Jimmy John’s that are close to my office!

Freaky fast?! Gimme a break. Stupidly slow is what I experienced today. The icing on the cake is that they have the audacity to ask for a tip at checkout. If I leave a tip and my sandwich arrives sad and soggy, forty minutes late, that’s not acceptable. It’ll be the last time I order from the W St Clair location.

Considering the volume of orders they received at this location they are doing very well. The only thing that was a little annoying was the time it took to be addressed when I walked in, but they were working on several large orders and the walkins (probably about 10 people every ten minutes). I myself made a large order to be prepared 30 minutes after they opened and it is currently 20 minutes past that time. The icing on the cake is that without asking they immediately started walking everything out to my car which was across the street. That was excellent because it was only me and there were so many boxes and bags.

So.I stopped in this morning around 11:50 A.M. I’m the only customer at the front. The employee tells me there’s going to be a 15 minute wait on sandwiches because they are working on a catering order. I said you can’t make me a Vito …..30 seconds. I must have grown 5 heads cause that’s how he looked at me. Lost my business forever. Totally unacceptable. I bet he was the Manager to add insult to injury. No more chances on this one, just sad

if i could give it 0 i would. probably one of the absolute worst jimmy john’s i have ever been too! i feel bad for the owners. the employees are running this place down. one employee was sleeping on the bench. the other had no idea what she was doing, and the male making my sandwich’s was sooo rude. he became angry when the phone rang and just clearly didn’t want to be there. they made my order all wrong and when i politely corrected him he said you need to be more specific (i clearly said each ingredient i wanted in the sandwich, not sure how much more clear i can get) and rolled his eye then proceeded to aggressively try to redo it but just clearly didn’t want to. i got fed up and told him don’t finish i’ll take my money back. will never return and i will make sure everyone knows how horrible of a experience this was.

Walked in and couldn’t order a sandwich. Wasted to place a delivery or pickup order because they were too busy. Then was told I could order a chicken wrap. This is one of the worst Jimmie John’s I have been too.
