Read some of the other reviews as for those who had an awful experience Thank you for taking the time out to share. As a result there is a new manager there *Kim* who was both professional and courteous. I am a vegetarian, she took the time to clean off the cutter blade and was sure to implement her staff into changing gloves before preparing my sandwich. This gesture was not necessary however appreciated. In addition, this was during lunch time whereas various sandwiches where being made. Also, I observed her calmness when one member of her staff was frustrated during that time. Such level of services deserves recognition. Thank you Kim.

If you are okay with waiting 20 minutes, watching employees sweep and clean..this is the location for you. The only employee allowed to cut meat was in the restroom for 10+ mins. It was understood that the teens could not slice meat due to their ages – however, no one communicated this until I asked why the growing crowd was only standing around and not being serviced. Finally, employee from restroom returns to start slicing meat. They begin making online orders while 7 customers are standing in line waiting to be served. They NOW proceed to disclose they are out of mayo and can offer packets. I walk out…followed by 3 other patrons. So if you are in the business of wasting time and being hungry..be sure to check this location out!

Firstly, this was my second visit to Jersey Mike’s, I am not a regular customer. I waited almost 25 mins for a cold sub, but no worries I am a patient person. The issue is the lady that they have as a manager. I didn’t see a name tag, however she had pink twisted or loc’d hair. This lady was extremely RUDE and very Unprofessional. I witnessed her speak to her colleagues who were very busy attending to the lunch rush to the best of their ability in a very arrogant and condescending way in front of myself and other customers.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Rude Service. Had an online order placed and 15 min after the time it was supposed to be ready the employee still did not make the sandwich and continued with the walk-in people who did not place the order in advance and told me I had to wait in line until there’s were done. The lady seemed like a manager and was training someone, which was even more shocking to have such a rude treatment, she acted like I was an inconvenience for being at the store. Then she didn’t follow the instructions and the sub had no oil or vinegar. Will not be back.

Visited two days ago. This is a fairly new location. I normally go to another location but this was a little bit closer to me so I said I’d give it a try. Man why did I do that! I ordered on the mobile app (5 GIANTS $86) like I do majority of the time so my food can be ready when I get there (both locations are almost 30mins away). Get there and not only was my food not ready, the Guy working there informed me that my order “didn’t come through”. But it was in their system (go figure). He printed out the ticket and told me to “hold tight, he got me”. I went back to my car to wait. No fuss or anything! Not sure how long I waited honestly (but it was not too long). Drive 30 mins home and opened the first sub. OMG I could smell the burtness. The meat was scorched!!! And taste disgusting! I was and still am highly upset. How could he have burned our meat so bad and fast? I’ve been going to Jersey mikes for years! Avid and loyal customer!!! The only place my family and I go to for steak subs since we no longer live in NY. I paid too much money and drove too far to be this disappointed. I tried calling the restaurant that day but no answer. I submitted a complaint online. But haven’t spoke to anyone yet. This needs to be rectified ASAP! Very angry!!!

Worst, let me repeat , worst experience ever encountered at this location. 4 employees all doing… nothing. Waited 20 minutes for two sandwiches. Finally I lost my calm when one sandwich was only made. Employees have this “ I don’t care attitude and don’t bother me”. Last time I ever put foot on this establishment. There were 3 people working and only one person was taking orders and preparing. I waited 25 minutes before I decided to leave. Anytime that happens, 9 times out of 10 the food won’t be good especially if they don’t care that they have customers waiting too long.

Manager is rude and inappropriate and obnoxious. Clearly does not want the job refuses to cook steak and cheese. The owner is Angelo Crowell and clearly no one cares. Really don’t waste your time at this location the manager clearly is the subject of almost all of the reviews and yet the owner still keeps her. She said “I am the manager what are you going to do complain to jersey Mikes, they don’t care and I don’t care. Wow why do people put up with this? The hourly employee is clearly doing what she can, but this supposed manger is the root of your poor ratings.

Vegetarian here – they always are consistent here and clean the machine that cuts meat and cheese so that no meat touches my food. I really appreciate it. Customer service is excellent too!
