Whataburger Menu – El Paso, TX

Type : Restaurant

Location : El Paso, TX

Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Circa-1950 fast-food chain for counter-serve burgers, some stacked with multiple patties. Based on 615 reviews, the restaurant has received a rating of 4.0 stars. Price $

We got delivery last night around 930 on 8/10. Whoever was the cook wow! Give them a raise because last night was exceptionally delicious! It’s always good but I just had to write a review over it.

Worse location . Employees do not pay attention to what they’re doing or simply don’t care. Everytime I get home a burger is always missing an ingredient that I paid extra for. This time I checked my burger and sure enough it was missing jalapeños. So I get off and ahead of me was another lady complaining to the manager about the same thing saying it’s already happened to her like 5 times. If you choose to eat here I recomend to always check your food before leaving the parking lot

I arrived at the Eastlake location (El Paso Horizon City) around 5:30. The place is super packed inside, drive-through. They’re lining up trucks looks like they are desperate to get orders out. I always order from the app to acrue rewards points. Not expecting to be out of there in the 5 6 minutes they estimate on the app, I order, waitfor an open spot for carry out (about ten minutes, and check in). 20 minutes later I try calling the store, noticing several cars came and left. 6 oclock I go inside talk to someone behind the counter asked what the hold up is. She looked aggrivated by my request told me it they would bring it our shortly. 6:15 still nothing I call the number to corporate (I’m on hold for 45 minutes but that will follow). 6:20 an attendant comes out and asks for my name, then starts walking in. I’ll admit I wasn’t very cordial in telling her to come back but I was tired and hungry. I asked for a manager she said to come in. I told her to call him out she goes back in and back to work. By this time I had written a rather extended note through the app about my experience. 6:45 I go back in the manager is in back working on orders, comes out also aggrivated they proceed to decifer a cash register not even sure they’re looking for my order. they finally told me the reason I don’t have my ordder is because there are “too many Rubens.” I litterally told them to F!@#k off and left without my food. The Burger King up the street had me through the drive-through and food in my hand in less than a minute. all the while wating for corporate to answer my call. What really gotunder my skin was the fact that all involved were very unapolegetic, almost like I should sympathize with them. Corporate did refund my order and gave me 3000 rewards points but not satisfied. I’m redeeming them but never from that store again. My resolve would be at least an apology. If this is not the manager’s fault then an explaination would suffice.

Today was the first time I visited this Brand New Whataburger. I ordered the classic Whataburger, along with an order of onion rings. As expected, the quality of food was good. However my best impression was HOW CLEAN the dining area was. There were 1-2 employees constantly cleaning the tables and floors. This is a pleasant surprise– because too many times I find all the dining tables in other fast food restaurants covered with particles of food or with residue of drinks. KUDOS TO THE MANAGER AND STAFF! 🙂

I’ve been to this location 3 times. Each time it’s taken forever for the food to come out. By the time the food comes out, it’s cold. The first time it happened, I figured it was because the location was new (staff in training, perhaps?). The second time, I was passing through to grab lunch real quick before heading to work. Welp, I was told to pull up to the curb where I waited so long, I ended up getting to work late and not able to eat the damn food. The third time was not my idea to come to this location but we came anyways. Again, it was the same thing “pull up, we’ll bring your food out”. Took forever. We’re talking one meal (chicken tenders) the first two times and two meals the third time. I’m done. I don’t recommend this location if you’re expecting “fast” food.

The most awesome whataburger I’ve been too. Super clean and people are polite and food was warm. The place look peaceful and had a great meeting without internet. That is why it’s 1 star. Really no wifi?

I went yesterday to eat twice (in the afternoon during my lunch i went in drive thru) and during their overnight shifts (maybe 3am I went inside their lobby) after going out with friends. Both times the food came out fast and was warm. Only leaving this review because I started coming here for lunch (12-1pm) for the past 2 weeks and my food continues to come out fresh and fast. Employees are fast and respectful. I hope you guys can keep up the good job.

Drove in to El Paso from Colorado. We decided to have breakfast at Whataburger. Laura made our experience unforgettable. Her kindness is like no other. Y’all are very lucky to have her.

My sauceless buffalo ranch chicken strip sandwich has ruined my day and my disappointment is immense. This is not the first time that this Whataburger has left my burger that is supposed to come with sauce completely dry. A saucy burger is ordered to be enjoyed with sauce. Please add more sauce it is so sad going all the way home and opening up the burger to realize that 3 drops of buffalo ranch has made it onto my sandwich. It is not worth going back to get more sauce, but it is worth leaving a bad google review.
