I visited KFC around 6:30 PM and was disappointed with the wait time and the quality of the food. Our order took an hour, and when we inquired, the response felt less than friendly. Once we received our food, it seemed hastily prepared. I’ve had quicker service at other KFC locations where our orders are usually ready in 10-15 minutes. Additionally, I noticed other customers expressing frustration over long waits in the drive-through. While I appreciate the effort of the customer service team, there’s room for improvement in their approach. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I believe better staff training could enhance the experience for all patrons.

Slow service. No attention to mobile orders. Place is dirty and smells terrible. The smell of sewage is so strong you can’t even smell the food as it’s cooking. Definitely not going here again

Every time I go to this establishment, it is dirty behind the counter, and on the floor the workers never have anything prepared always asked to put chicken strips on a chicken sandwich, and never remembers all the items in the bag. They also do not follow the sign that they have in the drive-through where they don’t give you a receipt. The food is free which has happened multiple times. They constantly ask you to back up and then pull forward again.

I paid 20$ for 3 pieces of chicken and fries asked for bbq sauce was told the bbq was for the tenders I had to pay separately for bbq that I could have ketchup I told them I don’t like ketchup and they forgot to give me my straw and the fries were cold plus the lady had an attitude worst service I ever got here even though I’m used to them forgetting my cookies I had enough bs this time

Was told in the drive thru that it would be 20 minutes for our food, ended up being more like 30 at least. The girl working the window is inch and a half long nails(imagine finding one of those in your food) the guy prepping food had a head of nappy hair that his hat just sat on top of(again last thing you want to find is hair in your food)should have been wearing a net. I don’t like posting bad reviews because they can negatively impact a business, but there should be some simple changes made
