I ordered thru the subway app for delivery and it came from this location. The lettuce was brown and rotted and the bread was still doughy it wasn’t even cooked all the way. Never again.

Service was amazing. This is a new subway from the last time we were in that part of town. Most of the food was ok.. the vegetables were a little stale our hard like they had been cut for a few days. Overall, the sandwich was good.

Proceed to close up shop at this location. It is badly managed, and the service that is provided to customers is terrible. I had a problem with them, and I even wrote them a letter about it. Following the purchase of two footlongs through the application, both of which were entirely inaccurate, they were gracious enough to send me a coupon for a free six-inch (Tax not included). What a joke. I am not looking for anything to be given to me for free, but come on, I ordered two footlongs, and they only gave me a six-inch one. The other sites are wonderful, but this one just face it should be shut down immediately. This location is quickly turning into a ghost town, and once that happens, it will be a dangerous place to stay.

The entire team are absolutely professionals and would be great examples of how any restaurant should operate. Today was my fourth visit and they constantly set then exceed standards. As I entered the store, I was greeted, while they are appropriately wearing masks and gloves, and they speak to customers with dignity and respect. They have an excellent continuity system, of which each member can operate each part of the process. Their manager also self empowers and encourages her team. For example, I wanted some extra ‘shredded’ cheese. Of which the manager kindly commented to the employee ‘Please inform the gentleman that cheese cost extra.’ Of which the employee kindly relayed that message to me and I had a decision to make. Additionally, the food servings are definitely well portioned. Furthermore, this restaurant is well maintained, cleaned, and I was impressed with a ‘food storage mechanism [FSM]’. Today, I walked in, was the ‘first’ in line, and in between customers noticed that FSM secures the food from any elements then it doubled as a window. I recommend everyone at the location during lunch hours, receives significant pay raises, extended paid lunches, opportunities for promotion, etc. I was truly impressed, excellent customer service.

If i could give it zero stars i really would. The attitudes are ridiculous and customer service is horrible. me and my boyfriend went there to get something for ourselves and my mother and as soon as we walked in everyone was sitting down. as i looked around i saw that there was a employee who had a whole ski mask on , then there was a few who didn’t have mask or hair nets but they had gloves on which was the bare minimum. when they made our sandwiches they actually didn’t speak to us at all. my sandwich was made by a women and after she got done she threw my sandwich on the counter. like just threw it down and walked away. didn’t say bye , have a nice day or anything. and if i couldn’t get worse the manager of subway came in , with casual clothes on and started talking to the workers as they was making my boyfriends sandwich. then proceeded to walk to the back to get some chips. i was really shocked because i’ve never seen that before. so after my boyfriend paid for our food he fixed his drink. and after we got in the car and drove off we found a bug in it. honestly i’m only upset because i freaking love subway and i was really happy they put one around the corner from where i live but i would rather drive to subway on Macon Rd than go back to Milgen ✋ do better.

Soo my boyfriend and I come often and never had no issue but this time was kinda different. The dude made my order correctly but put my food in the different bag. It’s crazy because there was no confusion made for this to happen and Her sandwich was made first. We always gets the same thing and my mama had one sandwich completely different from ours. I literally said “ Can you put the sweet onion in a separate bag?” There was no confusion for that order. I called back and I can tell I was speaking to the same guy and mid conversation, he gave the phone to some rude girl and I explained my problem and she said I should’ve said it better… Subway, y’all need to do better with customer service and attitude control!

Very unsatisfied! The employee’s at this location are very unprofessional. One employee refused to take care of my order since I oder several sandwiches, this employee also refused to do the next customers order since they order a wrap and the employee did not know how to roll the wraps properly. The employee’s made it clear that they were annoyed with my order, because I had several sandwiches that needed to be made. The spinach was bad and still being served and all my sandwiches had fallen apart, because they were sloppy and wrapped terribly. My son and I sat down to eat in the seating area and once the restaurant had cleared out from costumers and the employees thought everyone had left they had started to complain about costumers such as myself making me feel incredibly uncomfortable. I will not ever go to this subway location again.
