This place is a joke, they never get my order right and I don’t order anything complicated other then the item on the menu without getting extras or anything. My order is wrong everytime, either by size or flavor or amount of milk/flavor in it. And most times they are out of a lot of flavors. Also, if you ask for light ice now, they don’t fill your cup all the way. As if over 3$ for a drink isn’t making them enough money.

The male manager was very rude while I was ordering. He kept talking over me, would not let me speak,and also had a very rude attitude. The garbage cans were very full and dirty. If I could give 0/5 stars I would.

If I could give 0(zero) stars I would. While in the drive through the manager (Ashley) at the Plymouth PA location was very rude while taking my order. I told her I would come in, she told me I couldn’t. When I entered the store ALL employees refused to help me. She finally came to the register to complete my order. While tapping her fingers (still has the attitude) she is continuing to be rude. I asked her to please lose her attitude and lower her tone with me. She walked away and stated she was NOT taking my order nor was any of her employees. They then proceeded to call the cops because I was asking for her DM (District Manager) name and number. While on the phone with customer service the police officer came in. I gave her my info and the manger did not speak with the police officer that she called on me. I did end up speaking with the DM. As well as corporate. This place is horrible and has horrible customer service. She also states that she did not care about her job and threatened me. I should have been the one to call the cops. I would NOT recommend anyone spend money at this location. VERY DISAPPOINTED. ZERO STARS FROM ME!!!!! Also my 5 year old daughter was with me and was asking why she is being so rude and talking like that. My 5 year old should not be asking why someone is rude but the manager (Ashley) couldn’t notice how rude and ignorant she was being to a customer

Tried to use my free donut coupon I got for doing the company survey. Was told I need to go to Baskin-Robbins to use it. The Manger did try to fix the issue. But could not. On top of that the one coffe we received was not even drinkable.
