I went through tonight and everytime I go through around 9 or so i am told their computers are down for updating which is a bad excuse to being too lazy to put donuts in a box. So I had ordered half a dozen donuts, Dragon Fruit Refresher and a Matcha Latte. I had to order online since she wouldn’t take my order in person. When I got home every donut in the container wasn’t the ones which I ordered. They were hard and very distasteful. I will be going across the street to Tim Hortons from now on. No wonder they cant keep regulars.

Just stopped in for coffee & donuts passing through. Very cute place. Has gas fireplaces to sit by and keep warm. Alot of tables. Clean. Cute little section by a fireplace with a kids table. Adult one on other side. Employees seemed friendly enough. Coffee was good. Donuts were fresh.

I am a daily person at dunkin, and usually don’t have many problems. But for the 7th-8th time the last two weeks my order was completely wrong. The service is great but giving me a $2 item in place of a $5 item and not saying anything just isn’t cool. I spend a lot of money here, so some communication that my order was substituted would be sorta nice. To add I didn’t even get 4 bagel bites to compensate I got one in each bag. But other than that this dunkin is amazing and so are it’s people.

When they make my order right it’s delicious! The turnover rate seems to be super high because there are always new people working. I’m assuming this is why my coffee doesn’t always taste the same even though my order never changes. I still go every day.

Coffee is as expected, what is really unacceptable is the attitude of the employees. No manners at all. When someone says thank you a “you’re welcome” And “have a good day” should be the least that happens. They want $15 an hour they should learn some customer service…
