My order totaled over $40, so it wasn’t just a burger. That’s a lot of money for fast food. I went in to order. The girl that took my order was not personable and seemed upset that I was bothering her by placing an order with her. The order was wrong and when I told her, she was rude with no apology. She also made a comment about me to another employee. I took my food home because I did not feel comfortable eating there. I live within a mile of this location and I will never order from them again. My family will never order from them and I will tell all my friends to also avoid this Burger King.

I went to this Burger King yesterday to order 3 meals. The woman taking my order was very impatient. We all have ordered from fast food restaurant and know that we can’t have high expectations, but I do expect to treated with a certain level of patience and respect. The place was empty with no one waiting in the drive thru so there was no reason for her to be in a rush. I asked her to give me a minute and she immediately asked me again for my order. After I started to talk, she kept cutting me off as I was trying to complete my order. She then got attitude with me when I asked her to please let me finish and then argued with me about what I had ordered. They had me wait in the parking lot for my food to be ready, which makes no sense because there were no other customers there. When I got my meal and ate the chicken sandwich, it had a fishy flavor and fries didn’t have any salt on them and were a little undercooked. So needless to say, I was very disappointed and it made my stomach feel nauseous. I ended up getting sick from it. So not sure if she did something to my food or it was just bad, but I think the company needs to train its employees better in customer relations. Also, if they are going to keep raising the price of this food, then it needs to at least taste good.

BK order #4659 I get to the drive thru an the lady says what, I place my order I name 3 items an wasnt done an she says pull forward. I say ma’am I’m not done she tells me my total. I get to the window and ask if I upset her due to her extremely rude attitude she copes another attitude for no reason. I ask for my receipt she says it’s broken but I clearly saw it be printed. I leave an wish her a great day. There was no reason to treat me like that. I even said good morning and she was still so rude to me

Every time I come to this location there is something wrong. This morning at 8 am I was told no custom orders because only one person was working. I can only imagine how much money this location loses because of issues like this. There were 5 cars behind me. Hopefully the ownership reads this and tries to make some changes. This is not the first time this has happened to me either.

I like burger King occasionally, but the service and attitude in the place is amazing. I’ve gone there the last 3 times and it seems like they’re always angry or upset at the customer that is paying for their order. I can’t with them. I won’t be back to this burger king that is close to my house

I like to share my experience yesterday with Burger King I’ve been going to this Burger King for many years and yesterday I had a very horrible experience with one of the managers there she was not professional and not very nice I went inside to place my order she said give me a minute so as a good customer I waited until she was finished but I kept realizing that she kept doing the window and I asked her when was she going to take my order it’s past 25 minutes and she has not taken my order. So I asked her again and she got a bad attitude so I decided to leave with nothing. I’ve never been treated so horrible like I did yesterday from this Burger King I was very surprised

Went through the drive thru and ordered the 2 for $6 original chicken sandwiches and a few other things. The employee on the mic was eating while taking our order as well as when we pulled up to the window. Our total came up to much higher than counted and when asked, they didn’t apply the promotion and stated “it’s too late to apply it as they put the order in already” and got very nasty after. Ended up just leaving.
