Good establishment. I always hear good reviews from friends. I got their milkshake that was vanilla flavored but it tasted like chocolate. It may have been they use the same pitcher for each drink. The staff are very nice. I recommend.

Amazing service. If they make it wrong, they fix it. No questions asked you can keep it in the next one always smiling. Busy sometimes but they make up for it with an extra something love the rewards and I love that is not just coffee for those of us that don’t drink coffee but still want a pick me up plus stuff for the kids and the dogs. They cover the entire family need just some extra ice no problem how much do you want free, of course.

The staff at the west Salem location are rude. They don’t help customers in a first come first serve manner. They argue with you and seem to roll their eyes when you realize your drink wasn’t made to the correct dietary specifications for example asking for no cold foam as you can’t have dairy and they give you cold foam. Then you watch them just scoop it off and they get mad when you ask for a total remake as you are highly allergic to dairy.

The customer service that I experienced while stopping in with my daughter was awful. After sitting in the 2nd lane for 10+ minutes I was approached by an employee denying my order and telling me to go to the beginning of the 1st lane. Her excuse was that she didn’t have an extra person to bring me my drink.. she was very rude and disrespectful.

I guess it’s funsy and all, but I really dislike not being able to order on my phone as I’m not always sure what I want without looking at ingredients. That’s a lot of wasted time at the drive up. If I am in a hurry, Dutch Bros us definitely not where I’m going to be going.
