I couldn’t be more disappointed. This is what causes new franchises to not make it in this small town. I tried ordering online like 2 weeks ago, it kept saying error/something went wrong. I ordered somewhere else. Fast forward to today, I tried to order online 4x to be told the same thing “something went wrong”.. I pick up the phone and the first 2 times. I get hung up on. The third time, I got told that the phones are messed up. I have to literally repeat my order 3 to 4 times to finally get it ordered. That wasn’t the end the same with telling my credit card numbers. By this time, I’m beyond irritated. I get my pizza and it’s smashed in the box. It looks like someone either dropped it or went flying around a corner. I call and I start saying what happened with my pizza and mid conversation they don’t say a word, instead just place me on hold. NEVER EVER AGAIN. I’m a very patient, kind person but this would make anyone nuts!

Best pizza and wings in town, stuffed crust is what I always get. Yes, they have a corporate call center in Mexico, when I have ordered, but I never had a problem besides them misspelling my name. I don’t know why everyone is giving this place so much negativity in the reviews. I agree with the one reviewer that this is the best pizza in town. And by far the best wings in town!! (Except for Bourbon West smoked wings are excellent). People who complain about the taste clearly don’t have tastebuds in this town!

If I could give 0 stars I would. What started as a minor inconvenience took a quick turn to me never wanting to order again. I ordered lunch for the business I work in just down the street. I was notified that Door dash would be delivering & had no problem with that however when door dash arrived the dasher had not been given either of the beverages that I had purchased. When I called the local phone for the store I was sent to a corporate call center where I was bounced around several times to be told the phones we down. Not wanting my food to get cold we ate without our drinks. I called back & was bounced around to at least 5 more agents at a call center after having been hung up on several times. I was finally able to get a hold of a call center agent who gave me the number to the corporate customer satisfaction line, which was just as much of a joke as the rest of the experience. I was informed she had “no authority to redeliver my drinks” & all that she could offer me was a free pizza on my next visit. When I asked for a refund of my missing drinks she told me someone would call me in 1-3 business days. Simply unacceptable as a business & I do not plan to ever order from here again.

Ordered curbside pickup. Despite email check-in & 3 phone calls no one brought the pizza out. After waiting 20mins I finally went in which is something I wanted to avoid. The pizza was lukewarm & missing an item. Never again.

I did not receive my whole order. I ordered via their app, yet doordash delivered it. When I called to get a refund, the number was to some corporate ordering system, and they told me the store would call me. I received no call. No refund.

I’d give 5 stars but our local store used Door Dash to deliver instead of a Pizza Hut employee. The Door Dash text came after my online order was submitted. It told me a man was coming with the order but a lady showed up at my door. When I looked at the car, there was a man sitting in the seat & a young child in the backseat. The lady was nice enough but this seemed very unprofessional for Pizza Hut to use a 3rd party that was driving their family around & having the spouse hand off the delivery. I’ve never used Door Dash before & I had no clue if this was normal company policy or if they got the tip that I put on my online order. The lady had no clue if they got the tip. I had no cash tip for a 3rd party. In future, I’d rather wait longer for my delivery & have a Pizza Hut driver deliver my food & get their mileage & tips, knowing who is going to show up at my door. I had no clue Pizza Hut used a 3rd party to deliver their food. Also, the tabs weren’t sealed all the way so this also added to my uneasiness about a 3rd party deliver.

Literally could not even complete an order beyond my phone number and address. Tried twice, talked to 4 people. Eventually I just hung up. Also, their app/website didn’t work AT ALL. Save yourself frustration and money if you’re in Port Angeles and go ANYWHERE ELSE for pizza
