The night shift definitely needs a manager present if not already because it is ridiculous to have to wait almost 2 hours for a fast food restaurant and then you try to call to only get hung up on. If this isn’t in the process of getting shut down I’m sure it will. Jack in the box use to be great not they just hire anyone! Terrible terrible and I hope someone actually reads this and makes a change. As a director of a facility this is outrageous.

I honestly love Jack and was excited that I had one so close to me because we come from out of town. I came in here trying to get tacos because the drive thru line had no cars but nobody was taking orders. When I went in I stood there waiting while the manager was just playing with her nails while the cook was making the burgers but what bothered me the most was when I seen him touch the food he was giving out to the customers with out gloves.

This is an ok location for the chain. Service is good. Food is good enough. Ketchup packets were sticky with honey and had to clean them before using. The convience store attached is closed, so at least there is plenty of parking and no traffic blocking the drive through.

I haven’t had a bacon ultimate cheese burger in probably 5 years. I went to this Jack N The Box and all I wanted was that. It took nearly 10 minutes for the guy to acknowledge the people at the counter after about 5 minutes of nobody even showing their face. The other people and I waiting in line didn’t even know if any employees were in the restaurant. Eventually, I ordered and got my food. It was the driest burger I have had I a very long time. I only enjoyed it because I was imagining the burger I had about 5 years previously. I was having to take a drink or 2 after every bite just to wash it down. And no, I wasn’t having COTTON MOUTH like the average AuSTONian. I was completely sober since I drive CDL vehicles for living. I hope management and or upper management see this and make sure the customer doesn’t have to wait 5 to 10 minutes before having someone come out and have to wait another 5 to 10 minutes to have their order taken just to get food that was cooked long before they came inside the restaurant.

Horrible! Tacos were stale. Stuffed jalapenos were burnt to a black crisp. The side salad smelled like a moldy pool towel. And as if that wasn’t enough they were out of strawberry fanta.

11/21/18 20:30 my husband went with our 3 girls to pick me up something for dinner. yes we have had issues with our orders in the past but always hope staff is more trained. wrong, he was missing our girls tenders, his burger was wrong, mine was missing cheese and the chicken was burnt. He was in a hurry to get to my job and assumed after waiting in the drive thru for 30min that the order would be correct, he didn’t check it. When he got to my job our baby was crying and he realized the order was wrong. he called the restaurant and all the lady who answered could say was if you come back with the receipt we can fix it, i guess she couldn’t hear the baby crying and wasn’t aware that their receipt printer did not work and did not give him one. Bottom line is CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING, specially with a place like this with sooo many bad reviews. Trust me i love to write good reviews, but some places really need to be trained and customers need to be aware of what their money is getting.
