Ordered bowls last week and they were good, ordered again and literally got a bowl of veggies with hardly any cheese. Called in and was told by Kimberly the manager this is the standard and whoever made them last week didn’t make them right. Kimberly “graciously” offered to send them again the same way or give a refund… what about just sending it out how the customer wants and not losing $40+ over some cheese. This location’s food and service has declined tremendously and unfortunately we won’t be ordering from here ever again.

I ordered pizza from this place on 7/9 and the food was of poor quality. My wings were undercooked and though I ordered a 2 topping pizza I received a cheese pizza. I called on 7/10 to express my dissatisfaction and spoke with a manager named Lewis. He was very pleasant and accommodating. He committed to offering me a free pizza and wings the next time I ordered and I was ok with that. I called tonight to redeem the offer and was told I could only get wings. The manager Kimberly took over the call and refused to honor what Lewis committed to. I offered to wait to speak with Lewis about the mishap and she stated she was his boss so there was nothing he could do. I found her to be very dismissive, unprofessional, and she in no way up held the company’s values to put people first and do the right thing. She made me feel like some vagrant begging for food and for this I will never order from this location again. Kimberly is in dire need of some professional development and I would recommend that she brush up on her leadership, conflict resolution, and customer service skills. As for Lewis, you NEVER over promise and under deliver! I appreciate his initial kindness and professionalism as he has more class than Kimberly but he too needs to a formal coaching on setting proper expectations and communicating commitments to his superiors.

Phone service was great, delivery was great! But I paid $30 + 20% tip for a “speciality 6 cheese pizza”…. Where the cheese at?? I’ve ordered this a million times and it’s really great. It’s unfortunate how prices have gone up and companies have to cut ingredients. I get it. But If I’m paying almost $40 for ONE pizza.. I’d like less crust, less sauce, and more cheese on a 6 cheese pizza

Ordered two Parm chicken Papadia’s and they basically gave me a thin crust small personal pan pizza with little meat folded in half. Definitely will not be ordering here again. I usually order from the Apopka location on OBt better service and PAPADIA made to perfection with pride.

Food was hot and delicious. Ordered carryout so not much interaction with staff but the gentleman that seemed to be the only person there was polite. I will say if you plan to order here make sure you check out the deals instore and online. I ordered 5 mediums all 1 topping, would have cost $70 if I placed the order over the phon. Got them for $38 ordering online using the Papa Parings deal.

Poor customer service. Made my pizza incorrectly/not as ordered. I wouldn’t have even called if it weren’t for the fact that the pizza was so dry and cold that my 3 year old who loves all pizza wouldn’t eat it.

Ordered 3 pizzas and garlic knots, only got delivered 1 of the pizzas and a garlic knot, i called to see if they could deliver the other 2 missing pizzas that were paid for and on my receipt, they said they would only deliver me 1 of the pizzas missing. Took almost2 hours to get the first order for it to not even be complete.

Yup there 3.6 rating is about right. I waited for an hour when the online emails stated ready in 34 min. After 45 min in store they hadnet even put it in the oven. Then when i cancelled the manager walked up and mumbled under his breath that im working on it now but anyways. How rude was that!!!. I haven’t had papa johns in years so that kinda sucks. Oh well, they need much better mgmt and order system. Worst of all the cook would walk up to register with the pizza dough in his hand amd start touching the register, how gross is that he didnt even wash his hand after. Super unsanitary!!!

We’ve ordered takeout and delivery many times and haven’t had any issues. It’s been consistently good for what it is. They have lots of options for different diets/food intolerances and specials all the time.
