It was my first time trying this location and business from a flyer I had received in the mail. I was impressed by the food and the amount I received for the price at lunch. The atmosphere though was just a little too warm for my enjoyment I really must say. I don’t know if the A/C was not working or they just didn’t have it on because while I was waiting on my order it was pretty hot. I was really glad I made a take out order. Other than that it was a really tasty meal. It was not really that busy while I was there. There was ample parking. The lady taking my order was really nice and friendly. I think I will return during a different time of day and a different order when I return the next time.

Plastic ware so cheap, bends and knife wouldn’t cut then broke. No napkins but they put a paper towel dispenser on the wall there. We tried 2 tables and both were wobbly, not from uneven legs but from tops not properly attached and just left loose to wobble. But otherwise fine… great location and sweet employees.

First time eating at great wall. The dining room was very dirty. The Walls have food splatter. The floors haven’t been swept . Build up of day’s or possibly weeks, especially under the tables. I didn’t want to touch the trash can dispenser door cause so dirty. The food amount was very good. The taste not so much. I ordered the Sea food delight. The shrimp Great but the imitation crab over soggy and felt a bit slimy. I didn’t eat it all. I went to refill my drink and was meet with being scolded for being a pop thief. I won’t be back. Sorry great wall..

Although there are clearly several great Chinese takeout spots (everyone has their fave), this is OUR “go to” for fast Chinese takeout…..has been for years. It’s conveniently located for our family, has always stayed reasonably priced, serves heaping portions and the food is inevitably going to be hot and good. Even on their off days….and every place has them…we can count on enjoying our meal. Our family usually gets the same items though….Young chow fried rice, Pork or chicken lo mein and sweet and sour chicken…. occasionally crab rangoon. We have had other things, as well, but those are the usual fare. In my opinion, I honestly don’t understand why this restaurant doesn’t have higher ratings?? So I guess I want to thank Great Wall for being a fast, easy fix when we’re too tired, it’s late, we’re just too busy to cook or we’re having an honest craving for one of your dishes. We’ll be by soon!

Horrible!!!! I will never order from them again. I ordered my food at 7:53 and after an hour and a half it still wasn’t there, I called to cancel and was told it was going out the door. 45 minutes later it still wasn’t there so I call again and they told me the same thing I told them to cancel it and 20 minutes later they show up. Food was cold and nasty and the people who work there should not be in that business if they don’t know how to treat people! They got 1 star because it wouldn’t let me leave zero!

We just moved to the Eastside and this place is awesome! This is the remaining food after both of us were stuffed! It was delicious and we were able to enjoy the meal twice. We will definitely be back for take out again!

The prices were good for the lunch portion. The light skin guy who works there is SO UNPROFESSIONAL and dry/flat with interactions with others. There plenty of Great Walls around and I will go an extra mile or three for better service. He needs to leave if he does not like his job and not be collateral damage to such nice people who are working there. I asked for a menu as a polite way to decline services. My reason for a 2 out of 5 stars is that if the service isn’t good and the rest doesn’t matter. The food is great but it’s hard to enjoy it if the service is so poor with that individual.
