Throughout my history with Moe’s, I have always held a deep appreciation for their exceptional quantity and quality, as well as the delightful chips, flavors, and the remarkable assortment of free sauces crafted by the company. However, my recent experiences have left me considerably let down due to the removal of certain items from their offerings, seemingly driven by financial considerations. In these times, it is crucial for companies to prioritize efforts in retaining their loyal customer base rather than compromising on the very elements that have contributed to the greatness of this establishment. Specifically, this pertains to the reduction in variety of topping options and the removal of key components that have contributed to the extraordinary appeal of Moe’s.

So we were out and had to wait on the Spider-Man movie to start. So we decided to grab a bite to eat to kill a little time. As always, they greeted us with the welcome to Moe’s and took our order. Food was rather tasty and the atmosphere was very nice. There was one young lady there who was very nice. My apologies for not getting her name. I don’t often leave reviews for chain places however the staff tonight at Wakefield commons deserves all the stars and praise. I live 45 minutes away (this is the closest Moe’s to me) and I really wanted to take my food home but didn’t want soggy nachos. The staff went the extra mile to put my cold toppings in one tray, my meat and beans in another and the chips and queso all separate and they were SO nice about it. I hate to ask for weird requests but they were all smiling and laughing with me and so kind. After a long work day and long drive, it was the best customer service I could ask for. Can’t wait to assemble my nachos later, thanks again to the staff this evening! Sometimes it’s the little things!

This place has long been a winner. Predictable but good. Tonight they were way off. I hope this isn’t an indication of the future. Less meat, salsa was low, had to ask for some containers to be refilled, one Coke machine had no ice. Both machines had coke products coming out with primarily soda. Strange music mix playing pretty loud.
