New to the neighborhood. Ordered the Papa Bowls to a great disappointment. My chicken Alfredo had no chicken and the Italian trio had no sauce. First and last time ordering from this location. Spent $50 for something I didn’t even enjoy smh Domino’s is up the street, make a better decision. Should have read the review 9 out of 10 are 1 star. Better choices at Food Lion and Harris Teeter

Terrible service, timeliness is an issue and they ALWAYS get the address wrong. Just waited over an hour for my order and was sent to the incorrect address. This happens every single time. PLEASE management help your employees; it’s a direct reflection of your leadership. I prefer this pizza over the competitive offering, but this store (#1583) is making me consider Domino’s just for a better customer experience.

We tried to order food but we’re denied multiple times. They said we complained but we have never complained about any of the food we’ve ordered from them. Despite telling them this they continued to refuse letting us reliever from them and even hung up on my daughter simply for asking them to explain why we were being refused. We are confused and despite normally having back customers service from them this just sent it over the top. I usually don’t write reviews but in case anyone is going through this too you aren’t alone and it’s most likely not your fault. There may be a bug in this system that marked down our address instead of the person who was complaining but despite this the way they treated my child knowing it was a child wasn’t ok.

I had ordered lunch for me and co workers and had them delivered today. When I receive my pizza, cheese bread stick, and wings they had been flip over cause my pizza stuck to the lid of the box, ranch dipping sauce was under the hot wings so the ranch was told hot for anyone to use. Just was the terrible delivery experience ever.

I typically don’t bother with reviews, especially on big chain restaurants. The staff members in chain restaurants usually changes so much service could be completely different in a short period of time. But I’ve been ordering from this Papa John’s for over 2 years. For the last 3 months every pizza I’ve gotten has been so undercooked or soft they just fall apart when you pick them up. It’s more like slop in a box

Seriously the worst pizza I’ve ever seen! I should have took heed to the reviews. I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza with light cheese and extra bacon. Light cheese? Yeah umm no minimal cheese and it was all in the middle of this monstrosity. Oh there was extra bacon all clumped on to three or four slices!! ♀️ I attempted to at least eat the bacon bad idea! It tasted like Beggin Strips(yes the dog treats yes I know from first hand experience rofl!) Not only that it also tasted sour ♀️. The bread sticks? Horribly burnt nubs! I could never have sent that out of my spot! Almost $30 worth of horrible food! I called to let them know all of this and the call was mysteriously dropped. I called back Twice and I swear it sounded like the guy was trying to disguise his voice!! I really hope this place just goes outta business. Yes it was That bad!!

I paid $20 for a pizza with what was supposed to have been extra cheese (not), pepperoni (maybe 5 pieces on large), same with the sausage. I would have been better off getting a pizza from the frozen food section at the grocery store. On top of everything else it was cold. Do not waste your money at papa johns.

Missing toppings that were ordered, and the “half sausage” ordered was a small handful of sausage dumped in the middle of the pizza. Undercooked jalapeño bites. Terrible.
