The zaxbys in Jensen beach sucks. The kids that are always working are irresponsible! Should not in the storm alone. Need better management! Food rarely fresh ever and the portion amounts always change. Almost $7 for these Cheese curds. Waste. Cold. As well as chicken strips not fresh salad with no dressing. The whole trip here for dinner was a waste. Zaxbys isn’t bad place if they have right people running the store..

I had lunch today, and the food was prepared correctly and served hot and fresh very quickly before the lunch rush. The only let down was that the ice tea, which is usually good was not available, and the automated soft drink machine was malfunctioning so there really wasn’t anything to drink available in the lobby.

I don’t know where to begin. As someone who grew up with the Original Zaxby’s. This location has ruined it for me. Order 3 salads, they say they only have enough for two. I order something different they’re out of that.

This was absolutely horrible I went on my 30 minute lunch break to pick up lunch went through the drive through and unfortunately I did not check my order. Upon returning to work I realized I had been given the wrong order I did try calling the location but did not have any luck of anyone answering. So I went back to the restaurant today to have my order remade and I was denied the remake of my order the manager at the window definitely did not show any compassion for already messing my order up as well as the “back manager” wouldn’t even come to the window. I feel that it is absolutely tragic that just because I did not have my receipt I was denied something I paid for. it is it Has to be some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced from management positions. Unfortunately, I would have to encourage anyone that I work with or know not to come back to this location because of this. It is sad that in a day and time where everything is so expensive that you’re not even given the opportunity to receive what you have paid for. I truly hope that whoever owns or run this establishment read this letter so that they can understand how their employees are currently running their establishment.

This Zaxby’s is a hit or miss. Sometimes they are good but often times they are a total mess! They are often out of stuff especially Lemonade and sometimes take a while to change their oil. The receipts always have the same name even though there are different cashiers.

Fast food style restaurant with a drive through. Went for the free snack when you sign up for rewards. Have to sign in to redeem at the store so go in, don’t go to the drive through. Snack was pretty darn good and will go back for a cash purchase.

Food was cold. Service was slow and bad. They thought it would be funny to tell us our order number was 69. But they didn’t humorously call 69, they called 41 so our food sat up on the counter for a while. No condiments are out. Not was there anyone at the counter to ask for them. They don’t take the chairs down to sit down on. If I could give 0 starts, I would. Ice machine broken and tea not in lobby.
