I was staying at the Quality Inn 7411 New Hampshire Ave Takoma park MD.20912. I ordered pizza from Domino’s 2500 University Blvd E, Hyattsville, MD 20783, and it came 2 1/2 later from the time I ordered and the delivery guy had an atritude. For me spending $33. Dollars it’s unacceptable. No compensation or apology for this. The pizza should be free. I wish I didn’t have to give a star you don’t deserve it. I will recommend no one order or buy from this location.

Store does not honor online coupons. Ordered a $6.99 carry out special store charged $17+ no way. Manager started yelling and speaking to me like I’m dumb. None of the team members wore hair nets. Took my business to Pizza Hut. Thxs Dominios

Ordered 5 pizzas said it was delivered and there was no pizza. They said someone stole it. They said they would remake the pizzas and deliver but did not. Stopped answering the phone then had to go up there and they were still not trying to make the 5 pizzas we ordered. These workers do not care this is not the first bad experience with this Dominos. I do NOT RECOMMEND.

My order contained large buffalo pizza, when we started eating, buffalo pizza looked horrible with lot of liquid buffalo sauce on top, all over. I tried to eat one slice but it was not something which anyone can eat, very horrible experience, I’m very disappointed. It was not my first time ordering buffalo pizza from this location but this time it was bad experience. I called the location to inform them about it and the person I spoke with told me that they are sending new buffalo pizza to replace it. It’s been more than 2 hours since that call and I never received the replacement. Horrible customer service.

customer service is horrible. I signed up for text for when my pizza was 2 minutes away didn’t get a text. the tracker said it delivered my pizza and didn’t and when I called they weren’t trying to be helpful at all and hung up on me 3 times.

Ordered 2 med chicken pizzas and a side of wings. Driver came 2 hours later and delivered the wrong order. Called the store immediately, they asked for my name and number to confirm the order. Upon confirmation they said they would send another driver back out to deliver. An hour goes by and still no driver so I call the store back and they said they were busy all night and that the driver just left. 30 minutes later the second driver comes by and hands me my order except one of the pizzas I ordered was missing. He said he would relay the message back to the store and he never came back. This wouldn’t have been bad if I HADN’T already paid in advance plus TIP. I understand getting the order wrong the first time but twice is just unacceptable. Safe to say I won’t be ordering from this location again.

I like to be very fair when I do my reviews but to honor the truth they really need to work things better. I made my order online at 5:27 pm kept track on it and it got stuck in the “perfection check” I got a phone call at 7:16pm confirming the address…waited with an inpatient 7 year old hungry…at 8:38 I got another call telling me that the delivery got lost and they were going to make fresh pizza. I cancelled the order, I had to feed my kids. Reviews can be very helpful to give better service.

Nothing like placing an online order just got them to call after the tracker says, ” they’ve started to make my order”, to tell me they are out of brookies. It’s more the way Renee (MOD) called my phone as if I was suppose to know who was calling me and what for!
