Called and made a carry out order, got there at the time stated order would be ready. Was told had to put back in the lava cakes and give them 10 more minutes. After 20 minutes, I had past I still had no food. No apology and asked for money back. Not offered the food for a discount or anything. Won’t go back.

I typically don’t go as far as writing negative reviews online for everyone to see, but this is an exception. I’ve had several experiences with this location and all have been sub-par. Overall, the quality of the food that is coming from this location has not met the standards that are set by other Domino’s locations. However, the largest issue that I have with this location are from staff. Overall, the staff are unfriendly, rude and confrontational. I have contacted customer service regarding this location and our experiences and have received no follow-up’s. I have given this location several chances, but at this point, I cannot continue to support this business. Their food is sub par and their employees are extremely unpleasant. If you want to order pizza in Camden, SC, there are plenty of other options that will be more than happy to accept your hard earned money and give you a better experience.

Ordered pizza , it said quality check at 11:57 , it’s now1:12 no pizza , cannot get anyone to come to phone , what a joke , dominos in Camden must be closed or maybe they need to close with such sorry customer service .Also said pizza will arrive in 25-30 minutes at 11:57. Over hour later no pizza. This is why I like to deal with mom and pop pizza shop. At least they will answer the phone. On way to get Bojangles. 1:40 finally got through. Very nice lady said she tried to call ( never received a missed call). She said they did not have any drivers until 2. Simple solution would be not to take delivery orders if nobody to deliver. And call customer to tell them pickup only. Would have picked up pizza if told when order was placed.

I’m only commenting on my phone call experience after waiting over and hour for our pizza to “maybe” be delivered. We called our local Camden, SC store for an update and the phone was answered and when we inquired about our order the employee said “you reached the order line, I have to transfer you” and immediately hung up. Upon calling back I got Shainia and she was so helpful and kind. She checked the order number and immediately gave an update. Maybe this store should take a look at its turn and burn employees, and keep the ones who are caring and thoughtful.

Terrible. They never have anyone in the store. Whenever you go in it takes 15+ of standing there for anyone to come to the front of the store. What they do in the back left of the store is beyond me. Do yourself a favor and order somewhere else. The food isn’t fresh, it’s not made to the expectations of other dominos. No clue how this place is still running.

THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD BUYING ANY FOOD ANYWHERE. I placed my order at 6:13 p.m. and never received my food. I had to spend almost an hour on the phone making 3-4 calls to cancel my order. I cancelled my order at 9:02 p.m. I had to go out and get my family something else to eat. I will NEVER order food from here again. This is completely unacceptable Dominos.

After threats of pressing charges for credit card fraud the “vice president” of the company allowed the general manager to refund my card. Y’all watch your receipts, this kid charged us over $30 more and they really weren’t going to do anything until I told my husband that I want to press charges. Avoid this place, or if you don’t get your receipts and check your bank accounts.

My order was being “prepped” for 45 minutes, and when my food showed up two hours after I ordered I couldn’t eat all of it because the outer edges were visibly burned. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is because the fastest part of the process was the delivery. Bradley was punctual, polite and I wish I could give him five stars and the food zero.
