Usually this is a good shop, but not so today. At the drive-thru, I ordered two plain bagels with cream cheese toasted, a regular coffee and a decaf. The bagels were not toasted, there was barely any cream cheese, and I didn’t get the decaf! Was given two regulars instead!

Absolutely horrible. Went inside and ordered a frozen mocha coffee. The 2 employees were struggling to keep up with the drive thru and counter while the manager stood around doing absolutely nothing to help them. Prime example of authority going to someone’s head. Anyway, after legit probably fifteen minutes and watching people who came after me get their orders, I asked the manager if my frozen coffee was done. There was a white drink sitting on the counter and she basically barked at me that it was mine. Took it and walked out. It was FROZEN MILK! Absolutely zero coffee. How do you forget coffee in a coffee!? Maybe get off your high horse and help out. Lead by example, help guide your employees in times of frustration.

Drinks and donuts were about what you expect. Really I should have gave customer service a one but the order was correct. She wasn’t rude but not friendly nor did they even call our order out. They just put it on the counter with other customers drinks that were as confused about it as we were.

I asked for a bacon avocado sandwich the women at the window couldn’t understand which is okay so I came up to the window kindly looked her in the eyes and said I want a bacon avocado Sandwich not the toast I explained that 3 times. Then it took them 15 mins. I opened the box and they just gave me avocado toast. I’m mad because not only did I explain that to her but she didn’t even try to charge me for it on the receipt which mean she didn’t care enough to give me what I asked for. Very disappointed.

Normally I love DD. This specific day however we went inside and were not in a rush to be anywhere. I ordered the maple bacon croissant and my husband ordered another similar breakfast sandwich with hash browns and snaking bacon. We waited about 15-20 minutes for this order. Both of our sandwhiches had FROZEN eggs on them when they came out. We returned it for fresh ones which took another 20 minutes at least. This time they were very good. The facility was very dirty. There were rotten bananas hanging. The icecream tubs had cross contamination from other flavors in them. Every single table was dirty and needed cleaning. I am not sure if we caught them on an off day but the place was out of sorts. The ladies behind the counter were however very kind and seem to be in great moods. Very courteous employees.

the service is too bad! the employees are in a bad mood at all times, they serve the burnt food and when you ask them to change it or give you your money back they just get angry and their attitude gets worse! If you are going to have a bad attitude, it is best not to work in a place where you have to deal with many people all day.

My husband stopped to pick up coffee and donuts this evening and after waiting in line 15 minutes he got to the window to pick up his order and they refused to take his money!!! He tried to pay with a 50$ bill and they refused to accept it! Buy a box of counterfeit pens if counterfeit bills are an issue! Really can’t believe they refused American currency. And there was no sign saying no large bills accepted, had to wait all that time to find out smh
