Unfortunately I’ve tried this place over and over because it’s a convenient pickup on my drive home. I usually love their pizza, and I have worked in restaurants before, so I understand a busy Friday night. I arrived at the store at my estimated time, waited an hour, and while waiting, Holly, who I believe said she was the district manager, while she berated and rudely talked down to all the staff, but I was particularly front and center for this being directed primarily at the front guy, who was new, struggling, and may have some learning difficulties. Not acceptable at all.

They are sooo slow it makes no sense..first time i came I was like okay its alot of people be patient. my order was wrong & then when i mentioned it the guy said “we dont have detroit style bread right now…(he rang me up for that & didnt say anything about it) ask for a refund the manager not there said i would have to come back tomorrow..2nd time I went, I actually ordered online at 8:30pm it said it would be ready at 8:53…it is now 9:07pm & my food isnt ready still .

placed an order online to pick up 3 cheese pizzas on our way home from practice. When we arrived home I opened the pizza to find that 2 out of the 3 pizzas were missing a significant amount of cheese in the middle. I called the store to let them know this is unacceptable and I could see no way this was missed during the cutting and placing in the box process. So you 100% knowingly sent out product that was unsatisfactory! I was met with the option of driving back 15 minutes out my way to have the 2 pizzas remade. When I protested and asked why is that the only solution considering I paid for a product I didn’t receive and now would have to drive back just to have it fixed unbelievable. Then I was told the district manager herself packed my pizza so there was no way that it was as I described it. At that point I asked for her name and was hung up on. I called back and advised the correct course of action at this point would be store credit for the inconvenience in the amount of the 2 pizzas. The fact that I had to go through all that and attempt to fix these pizzas after a long day is beyond frustrating. How do you mess up not 1 but 2 cheese pizzas?

I was illegally fired because I’m missing limb, I was told by management I being disabled don’t move fast enough in a recorded phone conversation two days after being offered a raise and promised promotion. I exposed management clock in pictures, and there’s no reason a manager is clocking employees in out authorization.That and the district manager seems to be drugged Reasons I believe paychecks come up short a payroll hours have as well. who hit five cars on the way to work, not nice. I’m distraught and hurt. Especially when it’s all recorded

I placed an online order, and then sat at the store for over an HOUR waiting on 1 pizza and 1 crazy bread. The employees did nothing but argue with each other and there was no effort to get any orders out. I’ve always loved Little Cesar’s but this location is ALWAYS nothing but long waits and rude employees.

This location has really gone down since adding online ordering. I only order cheese pizzas, and I can’t remember the last time I picked up a normal one; they consistently make slop. I picked up one today that had thin crust on one side and thick on the other. And my daughter found a one inch, black, C shaped hair in her slice after she had already started eating it! We won’t be returning. The best thing they had going was the pretzel crust pizza with nacho cheese sauce. Sad to see them go down like this.
