It required me to leave at least 1. I would rate this as the most horrible experience ever. No server name. Took 5 minutes to even order drinks. Then our server got my drink wrong 2 times. Our burgers were messed up the cooked yelled out I just f***** loud enough for my children to hear it. Went to pay and not a how was your experience, or visit or anything. Just the amount of our bill. I will not be back. Plus there wasn’t a manager on the shift either. I REPEAT DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT HOUR ORDER TO BE WRONG AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This is my son’s favorite place to go. Over the past year or so it’s became my least favorite place to go. The service can be good, but more often than not it’s absolutely terrible. The wait times are painful inside and in drive through. 10 minutes to be seated, another 5-10 for someone to eventually bring fountain sodas, then bring your order which seems to always be missing something, you won’t be checked on before your finished, and you’ll wait in line to pay for another 10minutes while the grill attendant yells about someone being at the register. The waitresses move like molasses and no one works as a team to get people seated, clean tables or ring out finished guests.

This location is nothing but something that needs to be completely shut down the previous time I was there was late, probably around 11:30 and we were the only 4 people in there service was trash and absolutely terrible. And waitress refused to do anything about what she did. I had to refil our waters and get our menus and silverware. So tonight I went back again. And this was drive through. The arrogant drive through assistant argued with me and insulted me saying they couldn’t make a 7×7 unless I came in every other location in and out of state had said they had no problem. But who ever this arrogant person was completely insulted me on a personal level and would not just help me get my order to give this location my business. Terrible service. Terrible people. Just go to Washington mo location or find a different restaurant.

I go to Steak ‘n Shake because the food is worth the wait. I tried to call and order my food ahead but no-one answered. So I went through the drive through instead. This time it definitely wasn’t worth the wait. I was in the drive through a total of 50 minutes. When I got up the window to pay the cashier kept closing the window in my face because she was cold. I had to knock on the window to get ketchup for my fries because as soon as my hand touched the bag She closed the window and started typing on the computer. She seem genuinely bothered that I hadn’t pulled away yet. The food was fantastic but the employees need proper management. I’ve written 146 Google reviews and only 1 time left a single star until now. Judging by how many others have publicly had this problem I’d say this isn’t a one time issue. Save yourself an hour and don’t eat here.

Stopped on our way to Fort Leonard Wood. It was around 7pm. First, we waited several minutes to be seated. Almost all of the tables were dirty even though they were not that busy. Once we were seated, it was approximately 10 minutes for our waitress to come to our table to take our order. We were discussing leaving and I wish now that we would’ve. Our food arrived and of course it was wrong but since we had already been there for over an hour, we didn’t say anything. We had frozen french fries in with the cooked ones (how does that even happen?). My hamburger had a hair in it, the place was disgusting, service was horrible! I overheard the manager tell a customer who I’m fairly certain was complaining that he didn’t know, he just worked there. We were seated next to a family with 2 boys around 10 – 12 years old. One of them went into the bathroom and came back and told his family that he wouldn’t advise going in there. It must’ve been bad for a young boy to say it’s gross. We decided to leave and use the restroom at the service station down the street. It’s nasty, service is terrible, and food was definitely not up to par. Don’t do it.

Well, usually love the food. Stood at the door for about 5-10 minutes before being acknowledged… A young girl filling out an application went to grab someone for us (thank you so much by the way!)
