Disgusting but the food was decent, I wasn’t even going to write a review but they really finessing me. Ordered about $95 stuff but they really out here forgetting to add certain stuff into the bag. We ordered to-go but the person taking our order was coughing without a mask (mask or no mask up to you if you wear one. We did since we got Covid-19 once and that experience wasn’t nice) the problem was they were walking to the back and to the front spreading it everywhere and now the tables, mad nasty the floor too. The table we sat at was super sticky. This location has the worst service of any other Wing Stop locations. EVERYTIME I have placed an order, there was either part of my order that wasn’t received or was wrong. When I inform the staff, they either give me a blank look or nonchalantly say, “Oh, sorry.” I’m certain that I’m not the only one that this happens to and really think that the management of this location should be replaced.

I’ve been going to this Wing Stop for years since I moved to the area and it’s been the best location! They’ve never gotten my order wrong, the food is always warm and fresh (unlike some of the other locations) and they’re always quick to greet people/help people when they enter. I went to a different Wing Stop (stay away from Tukwila location) yesterday since I was closer to that area and it was awful. I went to this location twice last week (excessive, I know but Wing Stop is sooo good) and both times, we got our orders within 15 minutes of ordering despite being told we’d have to wait 20-30 minutes. The first time I ordered last week, we did walk in and they were pretty busy but they were busting out orders quickly which is something I think all of us customers appreciated since there was a lot of dine-in and to-go orders. They were all very nice and friendly. I always love their strawberry fanta too 🙂 The second time, I ordered online and picked up after work and it was done when I arrived. The food was still warm by the time I got home. Both times the orders were correct, staff was helpful and food was delicious and warm! (which I def cannot say about other locations tbh)

Came back to change my review since the cashier has no idea how to speak to customers. I was just looking at the menu as I don’t eat here often when the crunchy black girl was pretty rude. I literally just turned around and walked out. Why even hire people like that it’s embarrassing. I’ll be back in a couple weeks when there’s turnover.

I’ve been having a good time each time I’ve gone here. Wings have been good the fries have been good too. I’ve enjoyed both the bone in and boneless along with from not so spicy to spicy mixes of flavor. Though I have to say my fav is the lemon pepper. The service, has always been good with me I’ve got no complaints about them, haven’t gotten my order wrong. Place is kind of small, so a table to eat at of you’re staying to eat in, sometimes can be hard to get if it’s during the busy time. But overall, I enjoy the place, good eats and a fun place.

This place was a disappointment because I had such high hopes. Being new to the area, I should’ve listened to other people who work in the area saying to not come here. Arriving at prime lunch time and there were no customers only approximately 7 employees (which seems like a bit much). I walked in and ordered my food to go, then afterwards someone came in and ordered his food dine it. His order was similar to mines but with more bone-in wings. As I waited, they gave him his food, he ate, left, and I was still waiting for my food. You ask what did I order? A 6-piece bone-in wings with fries, that’s all.
