First I need to say that our cheese pizza’s was amazing. The young ladies that was running that store was putting out quality pizza!!! The Sauce was distributed evenly and the cheese was extra gooey!!!! We called and thanked the store for really caring about their product. Truly the best little Caesar’s we ever experienced ❤️

This place is the best. The food is always great! The prices are just as good. Plus on my most recent visit, I couldn’t get a coupon to work in the app, however Ashley and crew didn’t hesitate to make it right. In addition Ashley was really nice and friendly and welcoming the entire time. The crew at this Little Caesars is great!

For being new to the area, I was unfortunately in the building when the AC went out is what I assume. We were sweating in the lobby, I can’t even imagine what it must have been like for the employees making the pizza. We received the pizzas we ordered, but they were certainly lackluster: not many toppings, not evenly spaced, etc. Now this could have been because it was so hot and for that, we will be going back to try again. The staff was very nice and professional.

I hate being this guy, but I’ve given this place so many chances and very time it gets worse. Don’t go here unless you really like burned pizza and having to wait an extra hour every time. The app is supposed to make it easier, but they mess up those orders even more. Even when I’m the only person in the store it takes them more than 45 minutes to turn a menu pizza around.

Standard Little Caesars pizza, which our family happens to like and the price is right. Wanted to leave a review for this location specifically to highlight customer service. They were running behind and my order was taking quite a bit longer than usual. To make it right, they gave me a free pizza. Small things like that ensure I’ll be back again next time!

I have been ordering little ceasers regularly and never had an issue. Today I ordered pick up for 7:15, got to the store at 7:29 (running late since they hadn’t emailed that it was ready so I wanted to give extra time) and they said it would be another 15 minutes until it was ready. 3 people came in after me with the same issue. I realize they are understaffed and can’t control that but it is still frustrating that they don’t give accurate estimates on when things will be ready.

One Night With The King
Although the pizza is good, the customer service is awful and the servings were too small for the Deep Dish Pepperoni. I was expecting the slices to be bigger. I got it with extra cheese because I don’t eat meat. At 536 pm, 4/18/2023, I called to inform them that I didn’t get my complete order for the Buy 1 Get 1 Free. Each time I tried to explain what happened, alert them to an issue with their offer on Uber Eats, or just inquire and understand how I’m to get my free pizza, I kept getting blown off. The person kept saying if I get an order for 1 pizza, I make 1 pizza. If I get an order for 2 pizza, I make 2 pizzas. I was trying to understand did I need to order two pizzas so UberEats would automatically update my cart with the offer and show that one pizza is free. He didn’t even want to listen to me and hung up on me. I kept calling back. I got hung up on 5 times, yelled and screamed at. Never again! And for God Sake, if you are going to be dealing with the public, have staff that know how to speak English and are professional, when you are dealing with food that has to go in my belly. I want an apology and my free pizza. Otherwise, it is false advertisement and that is illegal. And Yes. I did put in a complaint with UberEats as well. I’m highly livid right now. I’m going to pray extra hard over my food so nothing evil from these people transferred into my food. What nasty spirits. And it was my second time ordering from them. Never Ever Againnnnnn! You won’t get my business.
