Worst pizza I have ever had. The amount of grease floating on the top and leaking from the box was over the top and completely foul. My mom’s pants were covered in it by the time we got home. My kids who love pizza both didnt even finish a slice and said it made their stomach hurt. My mom got the white pizza and couldnt even eat it. We got a large cheese and the cheese was orange….Mozzarella is not orange but this was. I will never order from this gross place again. So disappointed.

About every 6 to 9 months they increase their price. 10$ for a small bowl with marinara, sausage and meatballs is a little over the top, especially since it was 7$ a year ago.

The Supreme pizza we just got from there was the worst pizza we ever had. The top was uncooked solid bell pepper and onion,what seemed to be about 2cups each, surrounded by a slightly warm pile of cheese. Then the second layer was a lining of cold canned mushrooms with about 2 slices of pepperoni…we threw it away.

Ordered dinner to be delivered online. Food should have been to our home at 6:48pm. Called the store at 7:14pm when we still had not received our delivery. Was told that they were slammed and the driver was out with our food. Called the store at 8:16 pm only to be told my Steven (the manager) that the driver had a flat tire and no one else could help out. Only one driver which I find hard to believe. He stated that they could remake it for pick up only and credit is for our next order. No phone call to let us know what happened, he just cancelled our order and we are left with nothing after waiting patiently. Huh? I understand that things happen but it’s how you handle it counts especially in customer service. This was not handled well at all.

I received an email earlier today with special offers and decided it would be perfect for tonight’s dinner. Tried to place my order online, the way I’ve always ordered, and the offers from just this morning apparently had been removed. So I tried using the 1 and only coupon their website offers. Only to have it throw a constant error. It will not recognize a lg specialty pizza, so the coupon for $4 off is useless. I called the store, asking if there was an issue with the website, I was told no but all the offers that I just received an email about earlier today had been removed per the owner. They had no problems making the pizzas I wanted but just not at the offered rate I received earlier today. I couldn’t even get the offer over the phone. Who issues emails with offers and removes them in less than 1 business day? I can understand if you didn’t have the product, but that obviously wasn’t the issue.

Tried to make an order on the app before they closed and they called me and said they were already closed and would void my order. I worked in the restaurant industry and I have always been accustomed to. If the sign says open we are serving according to the app and the store hours. I was making my order well before closing time.

Marcos is really good. However, they said I could do $8.99 large 2 toppings for delivery about a week ago. I called again to see if they were still doing that and she said not for delivery…That they should have never done that. So, I decided to get what I always do and 4 – 2 topping pizzas were almost $80! We cancelled the order…

Started out absolutely loving their brownies. Tried a slice of pizza one day and fell in love with it will never eat a pizza from anywhere else. The employees are very friendly and helpful. And the store is kept very clean. Will definitely keep going back. Keep up the good work Marco’s Pizza
