I get coffee at this place before work pretty much every morning and there’s a lady there that takes orders that really is nice and she just starts your day on a good note. She always is smiling and just a happy person and make me smile too cuz sometimes I’ll be grumpy getting up early but she always nice and I just wish I could remember her name. Love this place because of the great customer service.

Worst experience ever waited 20 min to order them had to pull up an wait on frappes and one coke, Brought out food had wrong drinks total.time.thetr prly 40 minutes. Had sign out front said fastest drive thru around that’s a lie!! Better change your sign.

I came in around 0800. Only a few other customers in inside and not many in drive thru. Service was slow and when I got my sandwiches for eat in they were not super fresh and I wonder why. Drink cups should be available to grab works in other locations. I was not impressed for the slow morning start to have that much of a wait for a few items. Eat in was not good, many tables were dirty and there is no way they had a 7 am rush today. I have been observing McDs in area on many weekend mornings and the inside sales are very slow until 0900 and later anymore. Yet another reason not to stop in. I chose to stop in because of a move and I needed to get information together before next stop.

Customer service was horrible. No one pays attention to the front register, then when they do most come with a stern face, no greeting! Then looking at the food packing area, employees are flicking their hair, rubbing their face or messing with their phone. I witnessed a employee go outside at least 3 times delivering food with gloves on then come back in straight to the fry area, I asked asked one of the managers to have the employee change their gloves, I was told it’s not required because they’re only touching the boxes at that station. (Yeah, not true) However I INSISTED or have someone else get my fries! SERIOUSLY, touching a communal door then fixing food regardless of a box or not just shows me the disgusting habits they have. Sanitary practices have gone out the door with so many restaurants!!!

I guess their line crew that fixes the food either can’t read or is horrible at following instructions. Basically threw money away… asked for no pickles and onion and the put extra… even the receipt has no and they still did. Tried to call and no one picked up.

Two stars because the food portion of my order was correct. I want to preface this by saying I rarely eat at McDonald’s and on an even more rare occasion, I drink pop. With that being said, I thought McDonald’s served mountain dew (or mellow yellow). I ordered that to drink and my food, no issues. I arrive to the pick-up window and I am handed a different drink. I told the man at the window that wasn’t what I ordered. I had to repeat myself 2 or 3 times before he decided to take his airpod out of his ear. That right there is extremely rude and unprofessional in a service industry when your entire position requires listening to and talking to customers. He proceeds to laugh while explaining “this is McDonald’s, we don’t have that” and repeating that they don’t have mountain dew. He seemed annoyed that he might have to get me a different drink but I told him I would just take the drink because at this point, I just want to be done with this interaction and honestly, I don’t know what their drink menu is. So I’m not understanding why the man taking my order didn’t tell me that they don’t carry that drink and just picked a completely random drink for me so I felt like an idiot when I got to the pick-up window. I hate to leave a bad review based on one employee/ one experience but the unprofessionalism was unacceptable to me.

I didn’t like the staff at this restaurant. I ordered a drink through the app. I’ve been waiting for this order for a very long time. Usually when there is only one drink in other McDonald’s restaurants, as far as possible, the order is prepared much faster between other orders. And here, between other orders, when there is time, they do not prepare such easy orders.
