Clean and good seating area and good wifi. However, it’s the loudest Dunkin’s out of the few in this area: the music is set pretty loud (and Dunkin’s doesn’t pay for an ad-free music station) and the staff often talk to each other at a shouting volume, probably because the music is so loud. Overall great place to chill, have coffee and get some work done.

They mess up my order just about every time I’m there and they provide horrible and inconsistent service. The hash browns are always burnt and soggy, the people at the window are unfriendly most of the time. If you can go somewhere else do. Otherwise be prepared to have to make a return or ask for $ back. I am on my way back to get a refund for what will be probably the 15th time they’ve screwed up one of my orders. This time there was paper towel in my coffee beverage. Disgusting. I’m so sick of this place but it’s the closest coffee shop to me so I keep going back. I wish they would slow down and focus on quality. If I could give a lower rating I would. Unacceptable!
