Ordered the giant California Club online to pick up. The sandwich was delicious and more than enough to share with two people. The pick up area was furthest away from the door and I couldn’t see it upon entry but after standing in line a couple of minutes, looked around and saw it. No employees acknowledged that I entered the store.

First time eating Jersey Mike’s. Ordered online, then picked up. I had the #10, my family had the #6 and #9. The sandwiches were incredibly oily. While it would have been fine in moderation, there was way too much of it and made eating a chore. Sandwich was overloaded, which is great for a sub, but it was slimy because of the oil and fell apart way too easily. I don’t think we’ll be eating here for a while. We’ll give it another shot one day, but this did not leave a good first impression.

Been there several times. Tables always dirty. Had to clean my own table to be able to eat there. Way to many people supposedly working. Most of them rude. Noticed I ordered same as person in front of me but somehow they got twice the meat and twice as thick. My turn she gives me basically 4 meats 5 chesse( clear cause it was soo thinly slice). Then person behind me just got little thicker meats, also her slices was 5 of each. Do they have standard or give what ever they want?? They was all giant original Italian. Also I had to repeat myself several times cause guy making sandwich was flirting with girl behind us He also used way to much oil. Older lady that works there has the worse attitude.

The sandwich was good. The first time I went I had to argue with the girl and guy behind the counter about how they felt my name should be pronounced. Then the other day they got my order wrong and I felt I didn’t need to drive all the way back there to have them correct it.

I always have problems with this store when THEY mess up my order. Regretfully this is not the first time I’ve had issues with the store. Their food is so delicious it’s a shame the management absolutely is unqualified, incompetent and abhorrent. My daughter came in and ordered two sandwiches on March 20, 2023 around noon. Somehow they managed to mess up a simple order and had to remake one of the sandwiches. Unfortunately after waiting thirty minutes for a simple remake, my daughter accidentally left her sandwich. I promptly called them as soon as I was off work (due to being late back to work since they took so long) to let them know and let them know I’d be back later that day or week. Yesterday, March 22, 2023 my daughter goes in to get her sandwich and they tell her they can’t do this after stating they could to me on the phone two days before?? I also had the kitchen receipt and a copy of the transaction from my bank account since they didn’t give us a white paper receipt. The manager said they did not write the issue down in “the books.” How is this the customer’s fault or problem that the employees don’t follow simple protocols or procedures? What is going on?! I did not pay $22 for one sandwich that took 35 minutes to make with two people ahead in line. This is so ridiculous. Y’all really need to reevaluate your management and hospitality. We aren’t scammers looking for free food. We just want what we paid for.

Slow the app says order ready at 5:46 did not get my order till after 6:15. Lots of people have been standing in the lobby waiting for an order for a long time. No one ever spoke to me. The whole 30 minutes I was there. Lobby was never cleaned. The guy who was the cashier wore gloves when at register kept the same glove to make sandwiches. I love Jersy Mike’s, but this was the second visit I had like this. I hope this is used to improve not as an angry customer.

For the life of me I don’t understand why they take the time to write your order down and still get it wrong? It’s a simple process check the sandwich against the list does it have everything that the customer asked for, yes fine wrap it up no, ok put the stuff on everybody is happy. It seems like every time I come I asked for the same thing mikes Philly provolone cheese lettuce and mayo. Simple request and they never get it right I’m tired of wasting gas going back and forth for their mistake

On 5/23/2023, I picked up my Giant Hakuna order at 4:28 pm, but when I got home I discovered the sub was missing cheese. I explained the error to the manager. A replacement would be provided if I returned to the store. I informed her that my resident is Salado and it was unacceptable. No other solution was offered. This is the first time I have experienced a problem with this facility, even though I frequently patronize it. Check the sandwich before you leave, dear reader.

Jersey Mikes is one of the best sub shops and I’m a loyal customer but you have to watch their loyalty points system. They advertised double points Tuesday’s for the month of April and I even asked before my last purchase but they still shorted me half my points. I had to contact corporate to get the points and this isn’t the first time.

Fantastic, friendly staff and super fast. I ordered online while parked outside and immediately went inside after taking a few puffs on my juul and my mini sandwich was being wrapped . Glorious. Not much parking available since they share a lot in the plaza but it worked out. Definitely recommend. Thank you!
