BK in general seems to be slipping away. Their regular burgers have been getting smaller, but not less expensive. They really look like sliders now, almost as small as White Castle burgers! They are often only slightly warm at best too. They use Roma tomato slices that are too small, not much bigger than the pickle slices!!! Sad. BK used to be my 1st choice for a fast food burger, but they now are cutting corners that don’t cut it with me.

I ordered my food off of the BK App and gave simple instructions to leave the items at the end of the driveway since it was late at night. When my driver arrived they did not follow these directions. They walked up to the door, activating the outdoor lights, and caused a ruckus. Would not order again. Not only this but they ALSO FORGOT to add the (what should have already been included) items into my double cheeseburger and the sauce. A whole dollar wasted to get the opposite of what I asked for.

If I could give it a lower rating i would. It’s absolutely disgusting. Food is ALWAYS cold, stale and old. The service is horrendous. The people and management are the rudest in business. They simply do NOT care. If you care anything about yourself and family. Do NOT eat here unless you like living on the edge and taking chances

I come here frequently for lunch break. I always like Burger King. I actually prefer BK over McDonald’s at times. There is a woman who usually always works the drive thru and she has a terrible attitude. Whenever she takes my order she always makes me feel rushed or like I’m bothering her because she is so rude and unfriendly. Today I went inside with my son and she was helping at the counter. After I ordered my food she asked anything else clearly seeing I have a kid with me. The slushie machine isn’t always working so I asked if the slushie machine was working today and she looked back at the machine and starred at it for about 30 seconds, making me feel stupid for asking. Then rudely, asked cherry or coke. I said cherry. I told one of the other workers, Fatima about her attitude. Fatima’s response was “yeah that’s how she is”. I told Fatima that she needs to be talked to because they could end up losing customers because of this woman’s bad attitude. Fatima apologized and said she would talk with her. Chances are this employee will not be talked to because this isn’t the first time I have complained about her attitude. I get everyone has bad days and may not want to be at work, but when you work with the public you definitely need to be somewhat friendly and definitely need to have a pleasant attitude.

The food was as expected for a fast food chain. Very average. These places always take something from you, fries, sauce, anything. This time they took cheese off two of the sandwiches, even after they were specifically instructed, no tomato WITH CHEESE. We paid for it too. It appears they attempted compensation because they gave an extra nugget to us on our 8 piece nugget. Their sign out front says the ice cream is “sold out.” It was clear that they used the soft serve ice cream machine to make a milkshake for it, so there something sketchy going on there. If you are looking for something easy though, by all means come here.

Waited 25 minutes in the drive through, 15 in a line two cars long, 5 at the speaker, and five at the window waiting for my food while I watched three employees huddled together talking behind the counter, only to receive overcooked, cold food. Chicken so crispy it was almost black in some spots, yet it was somehow still cold.

This so called restaurant keeps getting worse by the minutes. Every time I go there the food is old and very dried no wonder why .. I went yesterday 3/28/2023 on a Tuesday and the KING BACON WAS ROTTEN AND STRONG SMELL OF IT. And again food extremely dried and tasted horrible. The meat was rotten and with strong of discomposed odors. The bacon’s flavor was horrible and sour due to it was old and dried. EVER GOING BACK AGAIN. THE PEMBERTON TOWNSHIP HEALTH DEPARTMENT SHOULD TAKE A LOOK AT IT. VERY DANGEROUS FOR THE PUBLIC HEALTH.
