Had Jimmy John’s for dinner and this is what my grandson got. It was OK that the tomatoes and lettuce (ordered it without), there was no cheese, no Mayo, and it looked pathetic.

I enjoy Jimmy John’s, just not this location. My wife and I get delivery from here not infrequently and I can always count on them to mess up my order. Tonight was the last straw for me. Usually they just miss a modification on my sandwich or they don’t cut it in half. Annoying but tolerable. Tonight they missed the few modifications I added, extra mayo and add dijon. They also failed to cut my wife’s sandwhich or mine in half per the order. But they also managed to forget to put on cheese to my roast beef and cheese sandwich, omitting an standard ingredient on the hunters club.

Horrible customer service placed my order 30 minutes ago. Watched people come in the store. Place an order and walk out without it. The employees are smiling laughing while I make this review. No one wants to give me a name either. As I left the dude said. I should have told him I was there. The whole point of placing a mobile order is so I don’t have to have contact with you. My food should have been made and placed where the mobile orders get placed. I shouldn’t have to say anything. This jimmy johns sucks owner should be ashamed

Came here with my grandson for lunch the manager ( Luke) here is horrible they made my grandson sandwich wrong and then turn him away from the counter after he told them! then I went up there to try to get it right ! Nate was really nice and tried to correct it but Luke came out and said that’s not our policy I said okay we’ll just put it towards my next purchase order and he said that’s not our policy here customers are always right Luke.. where they do that at I guess here at Jimmy John’s in Ypsi.won’t be back..

This jimmy john’s delivers me lunch a few times a week, either a tuna or veggie sandwich. Orders are always correct, the ingredients are fresh, and the sandwiches are neatly made. The delivery folks honestly do arrive much quicker than it seems like they should be able to given the quality of the sandwiches. I am happy every time I see my normal delivery person, as they are polite, peofessional, and pleasant.

I placed an online delivery order, which according to the order tracker, was received immediately. In the notes, I asked for them to call me when they arrived at my work (so I could come out and get my food rather than have them walk around trying to find me). 53 minutes later, they call, but not to let me know they are here… it was to let me know that they didn’t have a delivery driver and I’d either have to pick it up or cancel it. I’m at work, I can’t come pick it up. Ya’ll are ridiculous and get zero stars because you waited almost an hour to let me know.

I mean, can you have consistent and regular hours? It’s 6 o’clock and you’re closed it’s just aggravating and I live two blocks away and normally would eat Jimmy John’s multiple times a week but because these people are never open you can ever eat there! I would just never assume by looking at their website and placed an order that they’re open. You need to call and talk to someone because I’ve placed orders successfully online and then never got them because they weren’t actually open.
