I got Uber eats just a second ago and my spicy chicken sandwich was hard and it was not spicy and my fries were barely warm, if it’s an Uber eats wait until the person is there to pick up the order then bag the order, no one wants cold food. It was not great at all the whole meal was barely worth the 25 dollars, even messed up the drink, how is that even possible. Thanks though I know it’s not always the employees fault.

Worst customer service ever!!! Went to pick up me and my coworkers online orders and apparently now to prove you made a online purchase you have to show manager your bank statement so she can see the payment is complete and not pending even after showing her the order placed on my app. I guess she did not get the order so she proceeded to make a show, she made the order after 25mins of me standing there and when I told her it was wrong she snatched the salad and put it on the counter in the back and yelled to the other employees “there is a free salad here if anyone wants it” without out saying anything to me she went back to the back and had me stand there for about 20 more mins for my food and not one other employee tried to help me.

I repeat do not dine at this restaurant !!!!!!!!!!went in today after work to place a order to eat in I frequently visit this restaurant at least two to three times a week if not more and one of the cooks stole $100 from out of my purse after being ask to return the money she wouldn’t the police was called along with the GM the cook was fired and charges were pressed against her. The whole first shift is rude and the man or person that owns this restaurant need to clean the store up and get some new cashiers and Cooks it doesn’t make sense that you can’t go and eat without the person working for the franchise stealing from you smh seem like all these restaurants have now is crackheads working for them.

Went last night for dinner. I got the boneless wings with BBQ sauce. Was really good. I couldn’t decide if I wanted BBQ sauce or teriyaki sauce so I asked for extra BBQ sauce and some teriyaki sauce on the side. They both were good though. I ended up with the BBQ sauce. I will definitely get this again.

Visited last night, and apparently they only have kids working at night because this is the 4th time going in the evening and young kids are not conducting good customer service at the window (cursing, dancing, singing inappropriate songs, etc). The Asian young girl last night was very nonchalant, failed to tell me that the sauce I ordered on my wings wasn’t available but instead gave me my WRONG order and let me drive away. Thank God I checked. In the beginning when I was placing my order, I asked her a question about my coupon on my app, and she said she had no idea, “she don’t use the app” and had no care apparently about trying to find out and help me but continue to stare at me like I was dumb. Then when I returned because my order was incorrect, she was very rude. Thankfully, Vanecia, another associate, got me right. I’m a regular customer and my son was very upset and sad that he couldn’t get his wings, bcuz I didn’t trust the window associate with my food and got a refund.
