Food didn’t taste all that great, service was decent, but I about hit the roof when I ordered a side of slaw and paid full price for enough slaw to fit in 2 thimbles. What a rip off. I wouldn’t have minded it as bad if the food was good, but it was the worst I have ever had it from here. I remember a regular side was 3 times as big as this, not its about making more money with less and inferior product. KFC is going along the lines of McDonald’s, selling over-priced, smaller serving dumpster food.

I think this is one of the best KFC restaurants we have in the whole valley. Try the new chicken nuggets they are irresistible. I ordered them last night and before I ordered I asked the cashier if they were crispy or original recipe and she said well the best way would be just to show you so she turns around and goes to the back and comes back her out with two nice size newly cooked right out of the fryer delicious chicken nuggets for me to try and for my fiance as well that’s why there were two. Anyway I have never had anyone at a fast food restaurant especially offer me a sample but they did and guess what they made a sale for it because I ordered them because they are delicious they’re white meat chicken they are not processed meat in any way they are super delicious I can’t go on about how great they were I didn’t even use any kind of sauce or anything they were just great by themselves. But every time I’ve ever visited this restaurant in particular I have never been dissatisfied with the quality or with the service of this particular restaurant so giving you guys some props you’re doing a great job keep it up and I’ll keep coming back. I would recommend it to anyone especially after the experience I had with the restaurant on the island. But that has nothing to do with this one. The people are great the store is clean The food is delicious what more could you ask for try it out, I’m sure you’ll be satisfied.

Would give 0 starts if possible was waiting for a doordash it was supposed to be picked up 2 hours ago and told me that it would be ready in 30 minutes waited for an hour the front lady was very rude she seemed to be a manager and give other people rude attitude and snarky comments and even commented on my weight she is around 5ft 3 black hair medium length kind of on the bigger side but not to big but she was absolutely rude I’ve never had a problem here before as the Gm is wonderful and I know if she was here she would make it right august 13 and 7:50 pm also went to order food and she refused to take my order

Went through the drive thru the other day and ordered for myself and 2 kids. Firstly, the girl taking the order was rushing me and not friendly at all. Overhead her talking to someone else about her ride being there so she could leave. The one taco for a kid was thrown in the bag, not wrapped up and upside down. As soon as I grabbed it, everything fell out and into the bag. I ordered the 3pc tender meal. Realized on the way home they never asked if I needed sauce. Guess I didn’t need it after all because they gave me a breast and 2 wings instead, which I don’t like. Then to top it off, my Pepsi was almost clear and was mainly the carbonate with no syrup. I’d stick to Moundsvilles KFC if they weren’t so rude.

Ordered a 2 piece meal for $6 suggested by the recording at the drive up speaker. When picked up, they charged me $7.43. I pulled over and went in to get it adjusted. She said that their prices went up but the recording had not been changed yet. I said okay and waited for my refund but no….I was not getting a refund. I was in the restaurant business for for 30 + years and absolutely believe that I was due the difference. I went out and returned my purchase for a full refund. So they lost a sale and the food all for not giving a one dollar refund. Brilliant! This is the new normal in fast food today.

Underwhelming. Got Nashville Hot tenders, they looked like elementary school chicken day. The WORST fries. Ever. But I already knew that going in. Told me they were out of biscuits but after I got back from the bathroom my husband had a biscuit. Biscuit fairy? I dunno. Not very busy inside or on drive thru but still had two dirty tables in the dining room. Toilet needed scrubbed. It was like a boring movie. You’re already there, so you just go with it. Not bad enough to walk out, not good enough to recommend to anyone.
