Usually my favorite place … I ordered pizza & it came shook up the whole top off I’m a working single mom I do be busy but I called they resent the pizza but it is my fault I fell asleep my I was tired & didn’t expect to have to wait for another pizza , I called earlier today ( November 14th around 3pm ) I was told to call back when the night manager gets in , I called not to long ago ( 7 pm ) the young lady at the front desk ( who was very respectful & understanding) he transferred me to a man after he found out who I was he told me he would give me a number to resend a picture of the pizza ( because I was told to send a picture last night also ) after 3 minutes of waiting for the number he hung up on me … Thought the connection got lost so I called right back & he told the young lady at the front desk it’s nothing they can do , & did not wanna get on the phone with me I heard the whole conversation… I wasn’t disrespectful & I didn’t ask for my money back … I just wanted to finish my birthday with some pizza … I take full responsibility for falling asleep but I am human I was find with the baconchicken ranch pizza but the other was not edible & I still have it so I losted out on my money & pizza ( plus I asked for no tomorrow on it )

On 6/3/23 a group of coworkers decided to use this restaurant to order our lunch. When the delivery came we noticed our order was wrong. We called several times and was hung up on. We made a final call and was told that the manager was coming to the phone. However we were disconnected again. We never got our issues fixed. We decided that we would never use this restaurant again. This is the Wrong Spot to order your food from.

ZERO STARS. Do not order from here ever, this place suck’s customer service wise. I ordered from DoorDash and put specific instructions for my food. Once delivered it wasn’t what I specifically asked for. I had an option to get the food remade and sent out. Now being nice because I ordered from here plenty of times with no issues I called to just let them know to make the order right. While the app told me they were in the process of making the food I had a dasher there waiting 3 to be exact because they were all leaving. I was constantly getting switched from person to person like I was an issue and my needs were disregarded and they ignored the fact that my order was supposed to be remade and said they were losing more money remaking my order l, that when it comes in from DoorDash it’s nothing they can do.. I said well just read the damn instructions given like they still have follow the instructions that’s on the receipt.. anyways so he said they were going to contact DoorDash and give me a call back, few minutes went by and nothing so I called again to get the same run around, after 45 mins I realized they never was actually making my order again at all. I contacted DoorDash and received my refund. Now they really lost money because I only paid $48 for my order and received a $51 refund. I gave them a chance to get my order right and they didn’t want too so that’s there lost. I always order here but NEVER AGAIN!

Typically this is one of my goto spots for take out, it’s rare that they miss with their orders. However as of recent, they’ve been making my orders wrong and having no regard… I asked for a XL pizza with half meat lovers/vegetarian, on the vegetarian side no tomatoes no hots with a order of two 8″ subs one grilled chicken, one chicken cheese steak with only mayo, lettuce, and fried onions and on the chicken cheese steak there was tomatoes which my S.O. is allergic to.

I promise they just lost a customer in Me my order was said to be $38.86 I ordered online. My delivery person came I got my order got in the house I looked at the receipt my order came to $31.00 . Keep in mind I have the driver $40.00 my garlic parmesan wings was not in my order ! No one called or told me my wings wasn’t available! So I called the driver back three times no reply. I called the store I got transferred four times to another line that just rung ! So they basically beat me out of $9.00 and didn’t wanna take my call about the matter. Like for seven years I been dealing with the little things because y’all was convenient but no more I’m done. No one should order anything from these thiefs.

I am very disapointed in the customer service i recieved today. Not only did i wait 2 hours for my food to arrive the manager never picked up the phone to make the situation right. After already waiting an 1 and 30 mins i was told the driver was contacted and was 5 mins away only to wait another 30 mins. When i was told he was outside he still hadnt pulled up on my street. I do not recommend ordering here where the manager couldnt care less and clearly do not keep track of their drivers. $30 to waste on cold food.

I ordered the bacon cheeseburger deluxe and a order of mozzarella sticks. All I got was the burger with no bacon and no mozzarella sticks. When I called the lady that took was order was very rude and immediately placed me on hold. The next person was even more rude by simply telling me that they were closed and he didn’t care. I asked were they going to do anything about my missing items and he said the bacon was only 75 cents so I’m not refunding nothing. When I asked about the mozzarella sticks he said oh well and hung up. I’m been a faithful customer of this spot for years but after today never again. And I’ll be sure that Tony family that I brought to this spot don’t patronize again either.
