Great subs, as usual. The lettuce and tomatoes are always fresh. Don’t forget to add onions to any sub. We did have to wait at least 15 minutes for a large corporate box lunch type of order before getting our two subs, however. That’s never happened to me at a JJ’s.

Customer service was not so good, and it seemed people working here are not too happy. I ordered online, and customers who ordered in the shop got their sandwich much faster. If you are the one taking order, make sure you take care in store orders and online orders as the orders are printed out. Nothing is freaky fast here, just unfriendly workers.

I’m going to start off by saying I work in customer service and I have been for almost 8 years. Today was my first time I had gone to JJ, since I usually get subway or jersey mikes,I was super excited to try it. Since I had never been here before it took me maybe a minute to figure out what I wanted and I was trying to figure out what I wanted but I had taken a minute too long I guess. The person I was with ordered since they are familiar with the place and I asked the lady at the counter if I could make my own and she stared at me like she couldn’t understand me and never said anything back so I told her what I wanted, which was a turkey with cheese and lettuce and mayo and mustard she got visibly frustrated with me about the cheese when I asked if they had other options and was rude with her response and so I repeated what I wanted and she decided to respond with “so what do you even want” and I repeated myself and she said oh so you want a #4 extremely rude and disrespectful towards me and she just looked extremely flustered over simple questions. It didn’t seem like she handle the position she’s trusted in, which is to service new, current, and old customers. No matter what is going on with your personal life you shouldn’t take it out on customers. She put no mayo on, which is no big deal but I had literally asked for it 2 times. I work in customer service, I would never treat anyone the way she treated me. I felt like I wasn’t being welcomed. I truly expected better. The girl at the counter, should probably have a job where she won’t be dealing with customers consistently, because she clearly couldn’t handle simple questions. If there weren’t any customers in there I probably would have said something.

This is the 3rd time that it’s taken an hour and a half to be delivered. We live 5 minutes away from the store. The soda comes completely watered down, and this is after I have already put the tip on my order. I’ve never had such terrible service from here, it’s so strange. I’m not sure if it’s all locations or just this one, but i am not ordering from here anymore. I only have a 30 minute lunch break and then I’m not able to eat it. Freaky fast, it is not!

I don’t normally post bad reviews. I have been ordering from this location for years. I accidentally placed an incorrect date for my order. I called to rectify my order, the only way to do this was to refund my card and rerun it. Well my card was refunded first without my knowledge which I would not have requested. I would have just accepted the order on the other date.. Employee actually called me back to tell me I was rude to her, well I was not happy with how my order was handled.
