I had an issue with the food that was ordered last night and I wasn’t able to return until today . The manager took the fries out of the bag squeezed them and said “look they’re still good “ um ok.. she said “next time u come back 5 minutes, I will fix for u one time” then she asked to cook to remake the sandwich but had them put another piece of chicken on the same bun (chalked full of mayonnaise from last night ) then put a few fries on top of the ones from last night put the food in the same greasy brown paper bag it would have been better to just refuse to replace the food instead she went above and beyond to not fix anything simply gross behavior. I promise that I will never put myself at risk of the illnesses they have to offer.

Good food, yummy cheese curds. I ordered a good amount of food to feed 7 people I’m my family. I got 7 Papa Combo’s: burger, fries and a soda and 1 large order of cheese curds. I was asked to pull around to the front to wait for my order. When one of the workers brought out my food she let me know if the other specials during the week and was very pleasant. Now onto the food. When I got home I was missing my cheese curds. I decided to eat and after a few failed attempts to call, I decided to just drive back over after I was done. The burger was good, the buns could definitely be warmed more. Some of the fries were a little stale or hard to chew. Two of the sodas were almost flat and seemed that the machine was running out of syrup. When I got back to the restaurant, I let them know I hadn’t received my cheese curds, and the worker from the window remembered me and gave me a fresh batch of cheese curds and even threw in a little extra. The service was great, there are a few tweaks that can be done to improve the food, but I will definitely be back.

I rarely leave reviews but this was particularly bad. Got the wrong kids meal, no big deal, she must have misheard me, asked for a replacement. She was instantly aggressive and she wanted to make me pay for it, started arguing with me about showing the receipt to prove what I ordered. I walked away from the counter at that point, better to let it go since I was pretty angry. Really bizarre to get that sorta treatment over a few corn dog nuggets

I’ve had bad experiences at restaurants before and never once wrote a review, but today at the A & W and KFC store off 1551 S Havana St this was different. I ordered a meal combo and burger with large fries from the A&W menu. The cashier (an older lady I’m assuming the manager/owner) tried to overcharge for a cake that I never asked for….. How?? I don’t know…. Anyways once I noticed my receipt I confronted the mishap. She first tried to say “oh no it’s okay” then tried to offer me a “30 cent refund” for an obvious “$3 dollar” mishap. Her explanation was that she had rang me up for cake ($5.99) which was the same price of the fry from the KFC menu ($5.99). Keep in mind the store is a joint store that houses both A & W and KFC with two separate menus. It was clear I was ordering from the A&W menu as all of my items were from that A&W menu. When I asked for a large fry ($3.99) it was apparent I was ordering for the A&W menu. However, she chose to try and overcharge me for the KFC fries.

Boring food, lackluster customer service. I remember liking A&W but for what I paid ($11 for bacon cheeseburger meal) I got a burger that would barely pass in a middle school cafeteria, and a very small fry and drink. Luckily the fries were so bad I only ate a couple before ditching them. I did ask for mayo in the drive through and was told no problem – then there was no mayo in the bag. I live mayonnaise and these fries needed help. So I parked and went into the store and the same person that told me no problem now told me they don’t have mayonnaise. Weird but okay. First bite of my burger and sure enough it is slathered with mayonnaise. Worst of all this was clearly the manager so she’s not setting any kind of good example – no wonder there are so many reports of bad customer service.

Went here on a Thursday around lunch time. There was nobody in the drive thru. Ordering was quick and payment was easy. Ordered two cheeseburger meals. We were instructed to pull around to wait for our food. We sat in the parking lot and watched two people walk in, order, and leave with food before our food was ready. Had to go inside and ask what was going on and they were finally bagging it up. Food was ok.

We went through the drive-tru and ordered a few combos and extra drink they messed up both meals and didn’t even give us the fries for both they didn’t give us one of the drinks and yelled at us that we needed to pay and made pay for the extra drink again. Worst customer service ever very disappointed!!!

Slow drive through, almost 10 minutes so far….it finally took 13 min. The Mayo I asked for was yellow and runny, obviously bad and therefore deadly. My burger was supposed to be a dbl and it was only a single, the rootbeer was flat and warm. DONT EAT HERE!!!!!! I hope I dont get sick since I took a few bites before I realized. What a way to ruin my lunch break…
