The problem is these children have a lazy work ethic and lack of integrity. Even the manager. I purchased a drink at sonic in Brock and it tasted horrible. By the time I got a chance to sip on it, this location was closer. I went in just to ask if I could have it swapped for something else. The first kid I talked to whispered something to me that I couldn’t hear so when I asked about the drink, the manager walked up and said no because “its cross contamination”. She must have not understood what I was asking because it is not cross contamination when you throw the original cup away and fill a new cup with a new drink, but she already knew that. I was going to leave it alone because I figured it was worth a shot to just go in and ask since I did purchase the drink at another Sonic but her demeanor was as if she was looking for every excuse to not have to do it. I have been in management for years and I would have filled it just because it would be the kind thing to do… It would have been more concerned about reputation than choosing to be dismissive over a drink. Maybe her lack of training could have been the reason for her insistant rebuttal. From my experience in any (career field) its better to provide a solution than to have an irritated customer. I’m not mad she didn’t fill the drink. I’m irritated with how she decided to speak to me when she clearly knew I was not asking her to re-fill my original cup. She said “even if you went back to Brock they still wouldn’t do it”, which is incorrect because any paying customer should have their order corrected for any reason including incorrect food items, or distasteful food/drinks. I don’t mind paying another $2 for a drink, but I do mind an employee speaking to me as if I’m not entitled to a replacement (even if I went back to the original location). There is some room for improvement in her ability to receive and process information and her responses for future situations.

This place is disgusting! When there’s 8 people working on a Friday afternoon, the dining room shouldn’t be disgusting and garbage overflowing out of the 2 garbage cans! There’s so many flies in there that it feels like you’re in a barn!!!! Not to mention, my food was wrong, and the service was freaking slow it wasn’t worth going back in to deal with. I’m not from this area and was passing through, but I definitely know I’ll never be stopping there again.

The manager Samantha has got a sad life apparently. I’ve done nothing wrong to this woman and she has stated that I give her dirty looks thru the drive thru window(the one you can barely see thru) and has banned me all because my teenage daughter worked there and she quit. I find it highly immature and unprofessional. I could care less about giving dirty looks because I am a grown up, and my daughter not working there anymore has nothing to do with me. I will go as high up the latter as possible simply because this is my go to Sonic by my house. I don’t have time for child nonsense and would appreciate an apology. I would love to see a video recording of what I’ve been accused of as I know you don’t have one. I have a life won’t stand for this nonsense. Please grow up SAMANTHA. It’s highly unprofessional and sad.

Fast and friendly. Did have some issues with their Entercoms and park-n-order spots being out of order but looked like they were in the process of repairing them all since they had guys out messing with them all. Great place to get a fast meal!

So I tried the new steak and bacon grill cheese, it was a big disappointment, what they call steak was a piece of processed meat the size and shape of a sliced of cheese. Nothing like what is advised. Also got a chili cheese coney that must of been left over from yesterday. Wont eat here again.
