We were traveling to Redding and wanted something quick as we were traveling through The Dalles. Quick is the keyword there. We dined in just because we had a long way to go and needed to stretch our legs. There were workers there, but no one seemed to think it was their job to be at the counter. One was finally elected and we thought we were on our way. They guy behind us got his order in a few minutes. We ordered 2 crunch wraps, a simple order. We waited about 9 minutes and had to ask, and they finally handed it to us. We don’t mind waiting if we get hot and meaty crunch wraps we expect from Taco Bell. It was received cold, and we most certainly did not get our money’s worth. It was very thin. There was a generous amount of sour cream, nacho cheese, lettuce with one or two diced tomatoes inside, and just a skid mark of the meat. That’s just stupid. We had to hit the road or we would have had them do it over: That is just unacceptable.

Ordered are food paid for it then told they do not have it ordered something win we got are food hit freeway I live 6hrs away it was not the right Order my food was not made correctly missing chicken and beans taste horrible threw it away my daughter got the wrong food was not what she ordered tasted horrible too so paid for food to throw away very upset and they were out of mild. The Taco Bell on 6th street is such a joke. I’m on my way to my early physical therapy appointment, and I haven’t had their breakfast in forever. Thought I’d get myself a breakfast burrito. Door says open at 7am daily. 7:12, door was locked. I was approached (very rudely) by the “manager” and was told that his food wasn’t at a safe enough temperature to serve.

I went here for my lunch break. I arrived around 2pm the drive thru was full, so I went inside. Waited for someone to take my order, and no one was available to do so. So then I had to use the tablet to order my food. Then it still took a long time for my food even though there wasn’t anyone in the lobby. Barely had any time to eat my food before my lunch break was over. I also had to ask for my drink cup at the counter because I ordered a meal and they didn’t hand me one when they called my name for my food.

Worst experience ever. Like I already know this one isn’t the best but this time was ridiculous. The guy was rude from the start. Rushing us at the speaker. Very first thing we ordered was a large water for my son. It was as the main reason we stopped, since it was kinda late and my youngest son was sleeping, he was very thirsty. Figured I should grab a snack for us to have for the ride home as well. The order wasn’t huge, 6 food items in total. The large water, and two large freezes. The worker stated that the machine doesn’t always want to work but he would try. As we got to the window we were informed that they were out of beef. Weird but ok. He said it would take like 30 min to make some more!! I asked if there was anything else he could put in place of the beef. He seemed annoyed at this question. She said he could ring it in with steak or chicken for an additional charge! Wow! I have never been asked to pay more because of their mistake. I think he could have thrown some steak on it and called it good, but maybe that’s just me. So we pay, get our change and no receipt. We sat there for like 20 min before he returned to tell us the machine was not working he could go e us large sodas instead…. Um sodas are like more then a dollar cheaper….. My boyfriend was has had it at this point asked for the money back on the freezes. Which imminently annoyed him even more. I asked the worker if we could have our receipt. Pretty sure he acked as 8f he could not hear me he finally returned with the food. My boyfriend reminded him that we still need our water and receipt. The man said ok then shut the window and disappeared for at least 5 more min until we finally just left. I should have just known from the start that the quality of our food was going to be bad. But some of it was worse then bad. It was uneatablem the shell on the chalipia was as hard as a rock. Overall I think I may call the store in the morning and let them know what happened. Omg it was just such a bad experience lol

Do not eat at this place!!! When I came in to pick up my online order one staff member was sitting on the counter while 4 others, clearly inebriated were lounging at a table.Pictured is the contents of my grilled steak burrito with everything I had asked to not be added, added extra, yet no steak. This is multiple times this inept crew has gotten everything wrong. My next complaint will be to corporate. As a previous reviewer has complained, I’d never thought I’d leave a Taco Bell review. But the franchise owners need to be stripped of that title and no longer be a face of the brand.

The manager said the food will be a fifteen minute late even though NO ONE WAS THERE and they were people three people eating food that got there food before even when were there. And the manager said you could used the kiosk instead. Even though there’s no one in line the manager needs to be fired asap never ever again

You know, I used to genuinely love this Taco Bell location out of the three in GP, but now this is the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve EVER had (check out my Instagram for more Taco Bell reviews: @tacobellratings). My burritos were lazily wrapped, the staff was horrible, my quesadilla wasn’t even cut. Not to mention they made everything sloppily and never gave napkins. So never the hell again.

Walked up to the counter and took a long time before someone walked up to help but at some point every single person behind the counter made eye contact with me and never said a word. Floors were very dirty behind the counter. Finally placed my order and was told they were out of beef. How can they possibly run out of beef? That’s the main ingredient to almost everything they make. Said they would substitute chicken in place of the beef. Got my meal, left, and found very little to no chicken, and it was cold. I Literally got a big burrito with just beans and no meat. Guessing they were running out of chicken also so they skimped on the chicken also. Worst experience at a taco bell I have EVER had.
